The issues experienced at this location stem from the gas station attendants. Unfortunately for me, this location is located close to home and work, so it's the most logical spot for me to stop at when I need to fill up for gas. I've been here when the weather is sunny, raining, cloudy, hot, cold, etc. and the only consistent thing about the attendants at the pumps are their impatience and unkind attitudes. I cannot count the number of times I turned in to get gas and before I could even come to a complete stop, the attendant was banging on the gas tank for me to open it up from within the car. They always appear to be having the worst day possible, and who knows, maybe they are, but if I'm doing my best to be as kind as I can be and still receiving nothing more than a grunt, it's pretty disheartening. When you're done filling up, they pat the car and walk away without a single word...idk, it's just so unpleasant to be there. I actually try and go to different locations, whenever I can, just to avoid it. Meanwhile, inside the store, the employees are fantastic. It's like night and day between the two. They're not perfect, but they always try to do their best and I want that to be acknowledged since the good tends to be buried under the negative and that doesn't seem fair. Here's hoping the good can influence a change in the others.

Please avoid yourself to this GAS STATION. I was a customer for a long time. On July 26th, 2019 I put gas in my car around 7:50 AM like most of time every week. Few minutes after that around 8:15 am in the middle of Parkway NORTH by exit 78-W my car stopped and shutdown and got completely DEAD. The result was CONTAMINATED GAS. In the afternoon, I came back to get some answers and spoke with manager BILLY and said that he has nothing to do with that because I was the only car complaining about it. Next day I stopped by again to trying to talk with him again and guess what ! 2 more cars reported after I left the day before with same issue that I had. After several call to manager and even to the State Department I provided him with all receipts and lost that had that day as he requested. I have been waiting for more than a month, I have called him several times, He refuses to provide me with his Ins information so I am not able to follow up by myself and all that I got from him is excuses saying that INS will contact me (again already more than a month nothing yet). So frustared because all that I got from him is like ( is not my issue, not my problem, you have to wait until ...who knows when?) so now I have a credit card bill that I have to pay and this guy is not taking any responsibility for his CHEAP, POOR QUALITY OF GAS THAT HE IS SELLING TO CUSTOMERS.
