My bbq tank was empty and weighs 17 pounds and when they filled it I got home it only weighed 33 pounds --5 pounds short of 38 which is supposed to be 80% filled. Price $22. I contacted them when I got home they did not argue the fact and said bring it back in will add more but I'm busy in my day and don't have time to revisit. I happened to look over at the fuel pump (it's on the passenger side and I'm the driver) and noticed it was almost full of 87! He'd walked away so I couldn't get his attention. When I questioned him, he said, "Yes, I put in 87." When I told him I asked for 93, he looked at me dumbfounded. He should have been paying closer attention to me because all he could say was it won't hurt for one tank or I could go and buy octane booster. He should have offered to do that right then and there. I'm extremely angry and his one tank excuse does not justify him not paying attention. This better not damage the engine of the Volvo!
