The customer service I received when I dropped my chair off was wonderful and not knowing exactly what I wanted for fabric, they were willing to take the time and show me books and explain what a "rub strength" meant. I was in town for work and required a quick change to a part used for training in the aviation industry. I've maybe written one review in my life but everyone was so helpful I felt the need post this. They finished my item in less than an hour and gave me a price that would have made me uncomfortable paying because they were quick and welcoming. Anyway, I paid more and went on my way. My parents had 3 chairs reupholstered here in the last few months and had extraordinary results. Yes, we did have to call and remind them to finish the project but it only took 4 weeks start to finish. The finish, however, was expertly done and the chairs look brand new. EXCELLENT Customer Service!! I had purchased seat covers online, we could not get the back seat bench cover to stay in place after many attempts on a subaru. I called Lugo's I was told to bring it in and they would take a look. As soon as I got there J.R. Came out and was working to make this right. Jeff came out, they took out the seat, took it into their shop. When Jeff came out he had the cover attached and snug to the bottom seat. Meanwhile J.R. Continued to make the rest of the covers ready to attach. They both worked together and did a great job. A very happy customer, the seat cover looks and fits the way it should.
