Window display had the most awesome Dr.Who Tardis & Dalek dresses, best of all, they fit, and they weren't terribly expensive. I'm going to be a Gold Dalek soon. However for as much as this is good, the bad comes into play when it comes to customer service. There isn't any. Almost everything is LP tagged. High rate of shop lifting? I'm in line behind 2 late teen/early 20 something young women, and the dude behind the register just can't keep his trap shut about what ever inane movie the merch is from. So much so that it's now been 5 minutes ( and trust, I am not exaggerating) and his boss(?) asks another to open the 2nd register, so the other dude can change his tape - I think this was the comment. Green haired chick comes up to take my money, and what should have been a pleasant enough transaction, wasn't. Besides being barely acknowledged, and offered the Hot topic card - which she didn't have any of, she too, jumped in on the conversation, regarding the movie Catching Fire -the cashier hadn't seen it yet, and didn't like the first of the movies. All this, while I'm trying to pay my bill, adding time to my transaction, basically ignoring me. First rule of customer service. SERVE YOUR CUSTOMER. The one in front of you, not the one someone else is handling. I may not be your target demographic, but I assure you, I have the money you want me to spend in your store.
