"We are very sorry for any inconvenience on this. We have actually brought this same issue up to Storm before because the stock photo of this ball makes the colors seem much brighter than what the ball is in person. Unfortunately this is how this ball comes. This is not a blemish or defect but this is what this ball looks like in person. It is not exclusive to Bowling.com either. All of the other websites that sell this ball will have the same stock photo from Storm but when you get the ball it will be darker than the stock photo. We try to note that the colors may vary some from what the picture shows and we also show a few customer reviews which say that the ball looks different in person than the picture (it also says this on other websites reviews for this same ball ). Old school house with great lanes and freshly refinished real wood approaches (and they are smooth.) New computer screens on each lane with a live TV option to keep you entertained when it's not your turn. Basic overhead screens with scorecard only (no silly, time consuming animations.) We had a couple of minor issues with the pin setter and ball return but they were Johnny-on-the-spot to get them corrected and kept a great attitude. The new owner seems like a great guy. He envited us back multiple times and he came over to check on us while we were bowling just to make sure we were having a good time. What a great place. If I had to point out 1 negative it would be that I had to carry my 4 ball roller up a concrete staircase out front to get to the front door of the center. If they had a ramp, I didn't see it. ​For me, this wasn't a huge problem but if you are older or not as strong, this could pose a bit of a challenge if you bring your own gear.
