Try living every day for almost a year with sand in your eye. I had 3 follow-up visits with him, which were no help. He asked that I return for more follow-up visits, but I was being charged for an office call with each visit! Why should I pay for him to try to correct his mistake? If I'm going to pay for an office visit, I'll pay a doctor that can solve the problem! You'll probably see other 5-star reviews, but I guess they're the lucky ones. Take my advice, don't place your trust in this guy!

My husband and I had eye appointments on Friday December 8th, 2023. We met with Dr. Graf after his…read moreexcellent staff put us through our paces getting us ready for Dr. Graf to give us results. It bears mentioning that his staff is top notch. Customer service is one of those things that we see dying rapidly these days. My husband and I were greeted with smiles, and the new patient paperwork we needed to fill out already had our names, dates of birth, address on them. Scanning a QR code with my phone I was able to log into an APP with just a few short additional questions. Dr. Graf did the usual eye check and showed me up close pictures of cataracts I have (I knew I had them) and also the back of eye and diagnosed my eye health. Following up with my husband he got the same great attention I received. We weren't even home before Dr. Graf's staff called us to tell us my husband has two appointments in January, 2024 for consultations for cataract surgery. I work as a social worker full time and I am often shocked by the less than thoughtful, kind or patient people we deal with on a daily basis. This clinic gets an A+ from us.

They have been able to do so much more here. Where you don't have to go up north to SLC. Nice radiation department, department for individuals doing chemo, or dialysis treatment. Breathing treatment. They have really good doctors here. They have the specialty clinic also, general Surgery. Way good thing here serving central Utah.

So I take my little girl to the ER last night cause she scraped her eye with paint she was scraping…read moreoff paint in old house she cut her eye and the ER doctor gave her medicine for ears and I put the drops in her eye even tho I called and said this is for the ear they insured me it was ok so I put two drops in her eye and it burned her eye so I called the ER and the insured me it was ok well today I called the pharmacy and they said they were wrong I took her to Dr Parker a great eye doctor a real eye doctor and they burn her eye, Evan Christiansen the Hospital administrator gave my child three movie tickets and said they made a mistake and he was sorry. Not good enough. Bad bad bad I could do a better job.
