So I take my little girl to the ER last night cause she scraped her eye with paint she was scraping…read moreoff paint in old house she cut her eye and the ER doctor gave her medicine for ears and I put the drops in her eye even tho I called and said this is for the ear they insured me it was ok so I put two drops in her eye and it burned her eye so I called the ER and the insured me it was ok well today I called the pharmacy and they said they were wrong I took her to Dr Parker a great eye doctor a real eye doctor and they burn her eye, Evan Christiansen the Hospital administrator gave my child three movie tickets and said they made a mistake and he was sorry. Not good enough. Bad bad bad I could do a better job.

I Have called them three times and they say they didn't bill it wrong. Yet the Doctor and the Anesthesiologist billed them and got paid. they also switched to a new billing program at the time of my surgery. Medicare can't help me. They have to go by what the Hospital bills them for.

We got the okay from my doctor to leave the area, as long as I got a follow up within 5 days. We ended up here in Salina for a week so went looking for a medical clinic & ended up going to Salina Family Medicine. They did the follow up right away without hesitation. The receptionist was very helpful as was the medical team. My follow up went well so we were able to continue our travels. This eased my mind a lot. I want to thank them for the speediness in their care for a traveler from out of the area. I would go to them again when in the area.

Scheduled a doctors appointment for my daughter's constipation with a different doctor hoping for…read moreanother opinion. While we were checking in the Nurse asked what's wrong, I told her, then she said "Oh, we'll have to do some imaging." Before we even got to see the doctor we scheduled for we were taken to the ER and now I am facing a $2000 bill for an x-ray for poop and an opinion from the same doctor we'd already seen. I didn't want to go to the ER, if it was an urgent issue we would have, but just for constipation? My daughter struggles with it and has for 6 years. We were just hoping for another opinion than Dr. West's "Use MiraLAX every day for the rest of her life." When I tried to explain that we were there for a doctor's appointment and not an ER visit and we just wanted to see Dr. Ivan's his only response was to smile and shrug and say "Well, it happens." No. No it shouldn't happen. When you schedule a doctor visit you should get to see that doctor, not be catfished into shelling out thousands on an unnecessary ER visit. I've tried calling and emailing trying to get a hold of someone, but all I get is a work around to the same call centers who refer me back to the same call centers again. Finally they gave me an email to talk to someone with, but for the past month, I haven't been able to get a single response. Thus, the negative review. It's my only way to tell everyone else to watch out, because even if you tell them your medical history and the reason you're there, they will find the absolute most expensive way of not helping you.

They were a bit behind but doctor called about 20 minutes after my appointment time. Having blood work done was as simple as registering at the kiosk and my sample was left behind less than 10 minutes later. Parking can be a bit limited with current construction. I love this network and even though I live out of town, it was well worth the drive. I would highly recommend this facility to all of my family not to mention my friends.
