I have been to others providers and have not had to pay any copays. I even asked if they would accept my insurance for the test and hearing aids if needed and was told yes. I then was advised after testing that my insurance did not cover hearing aids though them. I ended up having to make an appointment with another company and be retested as they needed my test results for hearing aids. This other company also waved the fees for giving me the retest. Again, I do not recommend this company without getting everything in writing first. As far as contacting their billing department, I did that before making review and got nothing but bs from them also. I will also be making a complaint with my insurance company regarding Audiology Services of West Virginia practice.
