Diane is extremely thorough with her consultation I remember and each visit is a friendly outing which makes me feel confident and refreshed!

Was welcomed into the salon by two very friendly and well-presented staff…read more(unlike many I've seen in Cambridge with just jeans and a t-shirt), had a very theraputic indian head massage, which wasn't rushed! The experience was lovely with a refreshments in china tea set with fruit and biscuits, they treated their clients exceptionally well and was cared for consistently (not rushed out the door either)! After going through all my colour choices and different options I could have, I felt reassured I was in safe hands and was always asked questions and given advice before going ahead with anything, although the phone kept ringing often, I did have to wait a while before the lady ressumed to my hair, I can't complain! My afternoon was pleasant both for the experience and result! Before I left I bought some Moroccan oil shampoo and treatment oil which is out of this world and definitely will be returning for some more! 5 stars, no question about it!
