I had a very simple cut, so nothing could really go wrong (And it didn't!) I was pleased that they took an hour over washing, cutting, and drying my hair, so felt that I had got my moneys worth (£22 for a cut and blow dry.) Although it's more than the Crop Shop next door I much prefer it-the hairdressers are much friendlier and more professional.

This shop although seems a little dated in it's decor make up for it in the stock they have and often their good deals. The shop has wide isles so there's no problems with passing other people or if you have pushchair. The staff are all helpful and friendly. The parking outside the shop is free but often it's busy all times through the day. The do offer good sale items too at times. I have found one or two good bargains here. I have only seem about two women working here and one of these are on the checkout. The other is normally around tidying shelves and restocking if need be. They stock various products including haircare, beauty, make up, toiletries, cleaning, baby bits and gifts at christmastime. These tend to be cheaper than boots but they don't have as many good deals on compared to other places. Anyway, there's parking outside which is free unless you come on a Friday and that's their main market day outside and then you're not allowed to park here. This store is really spacious and only has a couple of isles to walk up and down. Staff are friendly and it's really quiet.

They did not, so I brought my own and they were going to use that. The girl washing my hair however forgot to use the correct shampoo and essentially washed the treatment I'd payed $400 for out of my hair before I realized what she was doing by the feel of the different shampoo in my hair. All that was said was "sorry". Out money and the proper treatment now my girlfriend called the salon to discuss the issue of her poor treatment on her hair also with the salon manager who spoke quite rudely to her and actually HUNG UP THE PHONE ON HER. That speaks for it self, how Toni and Guy Norwich does NOT care for it's customers and is actually rude to them. I warn anyone from visiting this salon should you have the same issues we've had. We are currently trying to get in touch with the Main Office of Toni and Guy to let them know about the problems with Emannuele Valenti, the Norwich customer service FAILURE of the year. @toniandguyuk on Twitter.

He managed to make my hair look good after its previous hacking, it stayed in place for three days and I was really happy. I would visit again but living over 200 miles away it isn't possible but if was in the area I would go and would recommend Josh and the salon to anybody. The reception/junior staff were lovely too.
