Had an appointment today. I was very early so was made coffee and given magazines to read. Unfortunately 45 minutes later which was 25 minutes after my appointment I was still waiting. No explanation, no apology, no acknowledgement what so ever. Needless to say I left. This was both rude and disrespectful. I will not be going back and am annoyed that I wasted time, petrol and a parking fee on a company with such poor customer service.

Shame becuase the girl is really friendly and works hard. The salon is very bare, cold and the floor was dusty and generally the room was unkept and felt like it needed some TLC. The waxing I had done wasn't terrible but it wasn't the best either.
