He was very professional and answered all our questions promptly. We then decided to make the 2 1/2 hour drive from our home in Tennessee to visit the dealership. We were greeted at the door to a friendly atmosphere that felt like home. Although they didn't have boats to sell on the lot, they did let us see a model we liked. The salesman explained everything in great detail and answered our questions. We decided to "build" our own Mastercraft NXT 22 model exactly how we wanted it. Not only did they keep us updated in the progress of the boat, they also explained some great things about this new model. They even met us at the lake we requested. We even worked trade figures over the internet for my boat! The boat was as described, and the figures were exact to the last penny. All of this was done during COVID-19, and I actually never laid eyes on the boat until I had paid for it! They managed to pull off 'touchless delivery' with about 6 of us in one day! After getting the boat home, and 2 solid days of rain, I noticed some items that needed correcting. I orderd a new trollin motor and picked my boat up after 7 weeks while I was still waiting to repiar my original trolling motor i dropped off. They left my boat baking in the sun after multiple bouts of rain and when I picked it up, I almost threw up from the overwhelming putrid odor of mold from their negligence in not putting my boat under cover or at least throwing a cover over it. it took 2 days to clean my boat and about 2 gallons of carpet cleaner. I told them I was picking up my trolling motor as then now advised their mechanic had quit. I picked up my trolling motor on September 11, 2023, and Morris, (possible owner) had the audacity to tell me they had the part in to fix it. How ignorant as they have no one to fix it now. They gave me my trolling mort back in pieces and would not reimburse me for my 3 trips each 3 hours round trip or for the carpet cleaner I used. This business has no business working on boats. This business has no integrity or work ethic and do not care about boats they work on as long as they get their money. Do not go to them.
