Now I am out $100!!! I can't get a hold of anyone on the phone and there are no other ways of communication. This is extremely unprofessional. Don't bother ordering from this shop unless they are actually there? Update: my friend received her flowers, but two days late. Still no answer at their shop.

My brother explained to her that we had a budget ($65) and asked her to do her best. I understand it's such a busy time but I figured the budget was decent enough. We placed our order in the nick of time. The next day, at about 5pm it occurred to me that we hadn't heard from our mother. I called around and she hadn't received her flowers. Luckily, they arrived half an hour later. Unluckily, it seemed like my budget was too small. When my mother sent me a picture of the arrangement, I was surprised at how small it was. There were three roses. THREE. I could've ran to Publix for way more roses and a cheaper price. In general the arrangement seemed like it was thrown together and kind of a waste of money. I know and understand that creating a beautiful bouquet is an artistry and while I understand that $65 isn't a huge amount of money, it's also not just chump change. I specifically went with a local florist because I strongly believe it's important to shop local. In doing so I was hoping I would get a beautiful, impressive arrangement. It didn't have to include roses! There were a multitude of flowers that are impressive that aren't traditionally "valentines day". Next time I'll think twice about selecting this particular florist. I've had better luck previously with others in the area.
