Brought in a Dodge Durango for an AC Repair.due to the AC making a Hissing Noise. I was told by Lucky's that would have to remove the dash because that is where they determine the vehicle had a leak after keeping the vehicle for over 2 weeks. They charged me over $1200.00. Brought the vehicle back to them due to the same recurring issue. Kept the vehicle another 2 weeks and charged me a other $16.00. The vehicle had the same recurring AC problem. I informed them after not being able to repair my vehicle maybe they should refund my monies and i would take it somewhere else. Al the guy running the office told me that wasn't an option. I then informed him maybe we should go to small claims court he then told me do what you need to do. This all happened late 2023 and early 2024. read more

He told my mother it would cost $200 to change brakes on her call. When we went to pick it up the bill was over $700. Owner said they had trouble getting 2 lug nuts off and had to cut them off. She was charged for 2 studs and 2 lug nuts. After looking at the car I could see that no studs had been changed. They all had rust on them and all the lug nuts were used. When I asked the owner he got mad and started cussing me and my mother and pulled a knife out of his pocket. He said you'll pay the bill or I'll have me another car. I had my alternator replaced, great price and wonderful customer service from Al! I made a mistake and parked in the wrong spot when picking up the vehicle, the owner yelled at me calling me an idiot. I told him not to call me an idiot, I told him he had no sign saying there was no parking at that spot. His parking lot was full and I had nowhere to park besides a spot where a no parking cone was sitting. He told me I didn't have any common sense and told me he was the owner saying, "Get the fuck out of here! I'll take your money and keep your car!" I've never been treated so disrespectfully. Due to the owner's horrible treatment I wouldn't recommend anyone taking their vehicle there. Nobody deserves to be treated so disrespectfully. read more

My 2010 Mercedes had only the left front axle to replace, there was nothing else wrong with it. My son has been under it and looked everything over. There were no oil spots in my drive way and no oil leaking from the car. My son couldn't get the CV Boot off to put in the new axle (he has fixed all my cars up to present) we called around and Lucky said he could tow the car and to give him the new axle and he would put it in for 248.00 plus 70 towing. And we agreed. He picked it up and calls a day later saying the oil pan is split open and it's gonna cost over $4,000 with parts and labor to fix the axle and oil pan. The oil pan was fine when it left my driveway!!!! DO NOT LET HIS BUSINESS WORK ON YOUR CAR. HE TORE MY CAR UP ON PURPOSE TO TRY AND GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME!!!! Now, I don't have a car to drive to work! I just bought the car 6 weeks ago and my son went through it completely before we spent my tax refund on it!!!!!!!! He said well Mercedes are expensive you must have money to own one!!!!! read more

Do not expect them to fix your vehicle! Charged us $350 for a repairs that "oh sorry, didn't fix the problem". Um okay so then why am I being charged? Had to take it to another shop to be fixed correctly. read more

I brought my car here to get an alignment , at least I thought I was, after bringing it in, they immediately looked at it and told me I had a different problem, from the beginning everyone was super nice and very helpful, and Alex was very knowledgeable, along with everyone else! After assessing what the issue was they told me that if I ordered the parts right then they could get them in the morning and start right away, they were completely honest and transparent about pricing and any other issues they saw, when I expressed that I just needed to get back home to California they were understanding, and willing to fix the minimum I needed to make that happen, never tried to force any other work on me, I was very relieved and felt like my car (which is a Mercedes) was in great hands. This is honestly one of my best experiences with a mechanic shop, and as promised my car was finished the next day. I HIGHLY recommend these guys if you want good work, and great prices!
