It literally has all the same crabgrass, and the grass is still not filled in in multiple places. Just not a good job at all. Waste of money. We found a new landscaper and they're fixing it all, for far cheaper. Part of the problem may have been that is was a driving rain when they did the work and most other companies I've talked to would have postponed. Perhaps that was the issue, but a terrible job regardless. Even after I wrote to her and explained how bad is was with pictures, she told me to just wait out the process, it will be fine. It is not. And getting worse.

We followed their suggestions and used their recommended plant designer that came out to design the planting. We also used their recommendation of a sprinkler company to put the sprinklers in before the grass. When it came time for the planting, it appeared that more plants were put in than originally ordered and that caused overcrowding and blocked the sprinklers causing brown spots in the grass. We also noticed on our Ring camera that they removed 17 of our plants and replaced them with more of another plant without telling us. When these issues were brought to their attention, it took 4 months to get the situation somewhat corrected but not solved. They finally came out and replaced the plants and replanted some of the others. Unfortunately, most of the replanted ones died because they were not planted deep enough and half of the 17 replaced have also died. There was no artistry in how they laid things out as a result their final efforts in our yard look amateurish at best. We asked for help and solutions and it took over six months to get back to us to try to "fix things." We are very unhappy with the results as our yard looks like crap and we have very strong buyer's remorse.
