'26, had an issue on our last visit with a to-go order and management resolved it for us. The restaurant is an open concept that is visually stunning. For the sports fanatics of your family, there enough tv screens so you can watch your favorite team while you eat. On some weekends I have visited, a live band play on their stage. You could hear it throughout the casino. Brews Brothers is an interesting spot to visit if you are around the area.

NEGATIVE REVIEW My…read moremom and sister went on a Tuesday afternoon to enjoy lunch and some casino fun. We visit there regularly and have eaten at Brew Bothers many times. Mom is 83 years old and uses a mobility scooter to get around. Mom was laughed at by the waitress and chef when she asked for a to-go gumbo and charged $3 for take out. She goes home to eat the LARGE gumbo she ordered. The container is half filled. The picture speaks volumes. She then begins to look at her reward credits for the past year. She has lots of concerns about double charges. Naturally upset, she spoke with management the next day. Director of Hospitality, does a review of her account. Director reaches back. 1. The waitress and chef laughing was a misunderstanding. (Sure it was.) 2. A double charge occurred when HER card was also used to pay for another table's dinner by accident. (Sure thing). How did management resolve all of this? Director of Hospitality gives her $100 comp credit to use wherever she wants. That's fair right, especially since she wasn't expecting anything. Here's where it gets interesting. Her reward points are reduced by 10,000 ($100) that very same day. She was issued a $100 comp from HER OWN REWARD BALANCE. I met Director of Hospitality along with the Director of Marketing last night. Both directors agree the $100 comp being issued from her rewards balance was a mistake and quickly fixed it giving her back the reward credits they took from her. This whole experience is careless and embarrassing. Customer service is not a priority. There were several opportunities to make it right and management only made it worse.
