I let it sit in the fridge for a few days bc I was determined to bring it to the manager and get my $ back.... But I eventually just threw it away and moved on. Today I decided to try something else... how bad could they mess up a grilled chicken sandwich with bacon and cheese on it? I ordered the Duo chicken sandwich which shows on the menu both here and on their page as $11 and comes with chips. I asked for no avocado and added American cheese. I ordered this only without a drink. When I pulled up to the window I was told that it will be $18 and change... I asked "How!?" They said the prices online are wrong and the sandwich is now $16.xx plus tax. I told them that I wasn't paying that for a grilled chicken sandwich and chips. I also explained to them that I could get a small steak dinner at Outback for that price. They have lost their minds!!!! I went to Popeyes and got a spicy chicken sandwich, fries, coleslaw and a sweet tea for $12.80. And I was actually able to eat the food instead of throw it away. I hope someone over at Paradise got to enjoy that $18 sandwich... they can keep their food and I'll keep my $! Never Again!!!! 0 stars is what I would give them if it would let me!

We love a good dive bar, and while we were in Lake Charles, we got invited out on a Sunday night for their crawfish boil... and it did not disappoint. The vibe was awesome--good music playing, drinks were cheap (which we always appreciate), and everyone just seemed to be having a good time. The outdoor patio was probably our favorite part. You had all kinds of people out there--bikers, families, locals--just hanging out together, listening to music, and enjoying the night. Super laid-back and honestly just a really cool atmosphere. Even kid-friendly, which you don't always expect. Definitely one of those spots that has way more personality than you'd think. We'd 100% go back.
