The laundromat is very clean! The washers and dryers all use smart technology. They have all sizes for your convenience. Miss Yer offers laundry services if you don't have time to do laundry yourself. First time customers use a debit or credit card to obtain a laundry card. You add money to the card and $20 allowed me to wash and dry 3 loads. You can always add more money if you need it. Prices range depending on the size of the washer you need. As I was unloading my baskets of clothing I dropped my bottle of liquid detergent and Miss Yer saw me and immediately ran to my aid. She cleaned my bottle and even replaced my cracked lid. Where can you find customer service like that? If I have another malfunction with my washer or dryer, I'll definitely return. She only asked for my phone number and told me I'd be updated by text, with my order ready sometime the following week. The following week, I got a call saying my box of items was "deceiving" because there were more items than she originally thought, and that the total would be about $300. She then told me that because I was a new customer, she needed a $100 deposit. When I asked if all new customers are required to pay a deposit, she admitted the answer was no. I also asked if requiring a deposit was a policy. She also said no it was not. I explained that if a deposit was required, I should have been told at drop-off, not after the fact. I also pointed out that it felt unfair and selective to apply this deposit requirement . To me, it came across as biased treatment. Overall, I felt frustrated, unwelcome, and disappointed. Clear policies, transparency, and fair treatment should be the standard for any business, and unfortunately, I didn't experience that here. This place being over priced wasn't the issue as I felt the price was more of a convenience charge. Living in a small town with only one dry cleaner creates a captive market, which makes fair treatment and clear policies even more important. I'll be taking my business to Visalia..

A little more than my home washer could handle, so, I went to Lainey Lily Laundry to use a heavy duty washer. In my younger, earlier days of laundry, I was always impressed by this facility but realized there are different owners...yeah! So, went to a heavy duty machine next to one that was running with 2 sleeping bags in it...and put in the two dogs beds, nothing huge, mind you, and my Tide pod. Yikes, then a fellow who had been sitting in his car, came in to let me know that the dogs beds/flat pads were not allowed as they would damage his machine. Sleeping bags are heavier when wet, but I explained my situation, he felt the need to show me the damage that had been caused in a prior situation. Long story short, YOU'VE LOST A CUSTOMER! It took all my change and didn't even start drying then continued to count down as of it was started. Agin looking for help none to be found. Tried one last time since they are they only ones open. But the adventure doesn't stop there. So I try one last dryer. So I load up, put in one quarter to see if it would work once the load started. I added another quarter then it didn't add to the time so I give up on this place money grab if you ask me how fucking long do it take to notice your machines don't work. Or make a phone number to the public to help them out when discrepancies do come about. This place sucks! Just hard working people trying to get by. They can't even invest in new machines or a sign so what was I to expect.
