Timeliness and professionalism is a must but someone who makes you feel comfortable and knows how to drive takes it over the top. I highly recommend this service.

I had never rented a limo before, so I was a bit nervous, but the service was STELLAR. Our driver was extremely courteous, and didn't mind that we brought an entire bar worth of alcohol into the limo (seriously, like 6 handles plus mixers in addition to the two bottles of champagne that are provided in the limo!). When I asked him if we could drive across the Golden Gate bridge to get a nice view and kill some time before heading out to the bar, he made the wonderful suggestion that we go to Treasure Island instead, which was perfect - there is a better view from there and it was much easier to get to. Five stars for service, quality of the limo, and for being reasonably priced. Thanks Main Event for making our evening so easy and fun! I'll definitely be bringing all my limo needs to them in the future.

I lost half of my middle finger, and extensive damage to two other fingers..I was obviously hurt.. I was in a wheel chair when the driver for Clasic Cab picked me up. I had my hand and arm in a sling and again, not in great shape. The Classic Cab's driver asked me where I wanted to go. I told him I needed to go to the Walgreens to pick up my prescription, then go to the Hotel. He was upset because he had to make the stop at Walgreens. I told him everything should be ready, I would hurry. I was in the pharmacy maybe three minuets, and here comes the driver, he rudely tells me that he does not have time for this. I told him I would call another cab. He said that I needed to hurry. Got in the cab, he told me he knew where he was going. He went to the wrong hotel, I told him it was not where I need to go (I am from out of town, recouping in the hotel until my next appointment with the Dr. on Tues) All I wanted to do is get in my room and lay down. When I told him again this was the wrong place, he said he did not care. He was not taking me anywhere else because he had someone else to pick up. I said "so you are just going to dump me here and leave?" He told me he was not taking me any where else.As he was leaving I told him I had never been treated so rudely in my life. He then started raising his voice trying to argue with me! The woman behind the counter told him he needed to leave. She then called another cab company and I finally made it to my room so I could lay down! Talk about getting kicked while your already down!! Yikes. Please do not give Classic Cab your business. I have never written a review in my life until now. First I did call the other cab company to let them know how nice their driver was to me.

She said the taxi went to the street address in Santa Clara instead of San Jose - but I checked the address in Santa Clara, and there is no such address in Santa Clara! Besides, I had given them a cross street when I scheduled the pick-up.
