She handled the booking in a manner that was efficient, personable, warm and friendly. They were able to accommodate my ride on a weekend with evening hours for a very reasonable rate. I used them before on Thanksgiving and everything went smoothly. Pick up and drop off were timely. They were able to accommodate us on short notice on the holiday and even extend their hours for a slightly later pickup time for a very reasonable extra fee due to the holiday. As soon as we were told my friend, Peter , was cleared to go home from the ER at Mt. Sinai on fifth avenue and 101st street, we let out a huge sigh of relief. Peter has Parkinson's disease and his mobility is greatly impaired sometimes. He was rushed to the ER early Saturday, 10/24/29, and was told he could go he at 3 in the afternoon. Problem was, Mt. Sinai didn't have any ambulances and Peter couldn't walk. We called Hunter EMS and within minutes, they were on site ready for him. Nicole drove and Eduard attended Peter in the back. I joined Peter in the back. The drive to Peters apartment on the west side was smooth as silk! Professional, prompt, compassionate, caring-it's what you would always hope for in a situation like this. I will recommend Hunter EMS to my Parkinsons support group and anyone who needs this service.
