Prices are fair. I come here to do loads every 1-2 weeks the only thing that can be frustrating is that on certain days most washers and dryers are taken up by staff for laundry service loads. Other than that not a bad laundromat. read more

I am Here for many years, and on a Regular with the big bulky bedding's, Sheets, Even catching up on laundry. This place is the most helpful to my everyday chores!! Not only that they are super clean, super Friendly staff, which always helps me to my truck but Also most HONEST which is so hard to find these days! I have 2 teenagers that constantly leave money& important objects in their clothes, cause U know Money grows on trees to them! Every time I pick up my laundry they have notes attached with envelopes of the bills/money, Change, even jewelry from their pockets! I can't Explain how Much this means to me. The majority of the time I give the cash to the employee to say Thank You for being Soo honest/ on top of the tip! But the jewelry means Sentimental value to me, and my children, which is priceless! I just moved to commack . on the morning of July 7 2019 , I was excited I found a new laundromat in my town close enough . When I first arrive all washer machines were taken by the lady that runs the store. I thought no big deal I'll wait patiently. Waited 30mins for a washer. Ok ! it's a small place I get it. After all my Washer machines stop. Tila one of the ladies helping with other clients laundry. Made sure I did not get a dryer , she made it noticed that she will not give me a dryer. The sad part is that she was talking about me and said in Spanish watch what I'm going to do her. My problem ; if I'm a client at your "store " . Wouldn't the client in the store get to use the dryer machine verse your clients that are not there . This lady made sure she took every single dryer, even if she put one item in there. It was rude , hostile attitude, too early in morning to deal With bullshit and not costumer friendly. I will never ever come back. read more

Aside from this being one of the cleanest laundromats I've ever been in, the machines were new and clean as well. It's a great environment, and they have free WiFi (I'm patriotic so I absolutely love the decor) I decided to clean out my entire closet and my coat closet during one spring cleaning and what I thought was going to take a weekend I was able to get done in one day because they offer same day drop off service. I dropped my stuff off that morning and I got it back sooner than I was able to clean out the rest of the stuff in those closets. I would recommend it to anyone who's either going to do the laundry themselves or drop it off. read more

I am not one to leave a scathing review, as I feel most business can have a bad day, or one experience. I'll give benefit of the doubt, and try again. But this laundromat is beyond poor in quality. This was my third time going here to do one load of laundry and one blanket. 3 weeks in a row, at least 6 of the 20 dryers had out of order signs, and the two I used had issues, including stopping, and no heat. Had to wait for someone else to finish drying to finish my small load. Also, not that I need it, but the machine that has the soap and other products, was empty all three times. A monumental waste of time and effort. 2 and a half hours to complete a hour and 10 minute project. Wretched. read more

We moved to Commack in march and while we were remodeling we used this laundromat for the drop off service. July 6 I dropped off laundry and picked it up July 9 right before they were closing. When I went home and put the laundry away I realized that a custom size bathing suit top was missing. I called immediately and left a message. My call was returned and I was told to go by the laundromat and look for my missing piece. The girl there couldn't care less and told me it was not there while she looked at the lost garment rack. I asked her to keep an eye out for it and to please call me. I went back twice to follow up and nothing. I asked for the owner to call me and I waited. I reached out one more time August 27 and left another voicemail. The owner finally called me back and started to tell me that she was in a bad accident and she has not been around, obviously since nobody cared to admit to mishandling my bathing suit top. She told me that her girl said that the bottom was there but not he top. Not true because it was not a set. The bottom was a pair of sports shorts I purchased separately from another store. I run a business and when a customer complains I try to make good on an error and ensure that it doesn't happen. I never blame the customer. Honestly I should have read the reviews. So if anyone out there does read them, please count your pieces and take photos of anything of value. Or simply stay away. I moved here from the city and honestly this is the first nasty encounter I have had in his community. 80% of the washing and drying machines are "out of order." additionally, they touch your belongings - they threw away my bag I was using to transport my laundry, then they denied it. Don't bother going there because the dryers are supposed to run for 8 minutes, and they stop at 6 minutes. Avoid this place. read more

I have been coming here for years and Im done now... it is far from my place but I liked the ladies who worked there so I kept going. Recently, I have noticed that they are ALL gone and the owner is there with new people. I have noticed way less clothes there as well so I guess Im not the only one. Same thing happened to me as did another reviewer...the owner couldnt even look up to say hello when i went up to the counter. She was just staring at a paper on the clipboard. I dont want to go to a place where I cant get a simple greeting. Finally she looked up to say thank you after i left a decent tip. I never used the machines but Ive been dropping off laundry here for a few months. The laundry is usually done ok but like everyone else says, the women working inside cant be bothered to acknowledge when you walk in. It almost seems like they don't want your business. They point to the scale and do a poor job rounding out the weight. If you try to give any special instructions they nod, dont look up and dont give you much confidence they will do what you asked. They also dont take pennies. I guess this is their prerogative but I had to break a large bill due to this. They lost a pair of my shorts this weekend. I didn't bother going there or trying trying to call because I know the women couldn't care any less and shorts are old. Trying somewhere new next week. Giving 2 stars since the laundry is usually done ok and never had any bleach stains or ruined clothes. Just lost shorts. read more

I called to ask how much it would be to wash a children's area rug and lady who answered was rude and said " i don't give prices over the phone", when I questioned her she just repeated herself then hung up on me!!!! My husband and I have been using lucky 7 for over a year now and until today I have always enjoyed my time here. Never an issue, until today. I asked the only English speaking person, so I'm assuming the owner, to break my five dollar bill. Back tracking a little she never looked up from her paperwork when I came in to greet me or any other customer. So when I politely said excuse me can you break a five, it took her 30 seconds to look up at me and then asked me, "what for?" I said for the machines. She replied with a quick "we have machines that give quarters." I obviously know there are quarter machines since I've been coming here for a year but I wanted singles because I didn't want to use the whole five. Just very rude and annoyed me for the rest of the stay. read more

This place is terrible. The workers are fine but the owner is horrific. Many of the machines were broken and my money was put into these machines. I asked for help and she was very rude and condescending. She refused to issue me a refund or help me work the machines. She was incredibly rude and obnoxious. This is the owner of the business. I can see why this place gets such bad reviews. It's small and cramped and there's nowhere to even sit down. It's clear they just want drop-off business here. As soon as I walked in the front door my mood just deteriorated. I was going to use the dryer as well (my washer is broken, but not the dryer), but I just wanted to get the heck out of there as fast as I could. And one dollar sign for price? I think $6 for a medium-size machine is pricey, so I stuffed everything in a small one for $2.75. This place is really close to home, so I may go back, but I'll just stuff my things in the machine and find someplace to sit and have a cup of coffee next time. read more

I've been going to this place for about a year now and I have no complaints. I've gone different hours during the day as well as days, and both washing machines and dryers have been available. Although the place may not be as spacious as other places, so far I haven't had an issue getting a spot to fold our clothes in their folding area. The lady that works there is very nice and constantly working. I would recommend this place and if someone doesn't like it, then feel free to go somewhere else. read more

We have been using this wash and fold service for the past 5 years. We never complained about the service, about not getting all our clothes back, about getting other people's clothes, about getting our laundry back stained, etc. We found the location convenient and the hours flexible. However, yesterday we brought our laundry in in the morning, and about an hour later, I realized we forgot to bring in our sheets. When I brought them in to add to our existing laundry that had not yet been washed, I was told that they would charge me $9.00. I did not drop off the laundry and asked to speak to the owner. I did speak to her today. Actually, I tried, but when I told her she was about to lose a customer who spends an average of $50.00 a week, she told me that she did not care and hung up on me. Worst laundromat I've ever been to...just left there 5 mins ago. There were no dryers available. 14 dryers had out of service signs on them. I noticed after waiting 20 mins for a dryer that the girls working there would use those machines for the drop off service. I went to one of the girls and asked how is it that 14 machines are out of service. She rolled her eyes and said here use these 3, she was very annoyed.. i set all 3 machines at 42 mins...one of them wouldn't start...the girl came over and said you have to clean out the lint trap...I said..what??? I gotta service your machine? Lol...she said yea there's the lint trap use the paper towels on the wall..unbelievable..I went next door for a slice of pizza and when I came back, 2 out of my 3 dryers had 12 mins left...the third was filled with someone else's clothes...I asked the girl where my clothes were...she pointed to a basket and they were still damp...she ended my dryer early and took out my clothes to use it for a drop off service...r u kidding me??? She said she didn't end the dryer that the time was up...but 2 things...the other 2 dryers were set to the same amount of time and they were dry...why were these damp?....and 2 who the F are u to touch my clothes and throw them in a basket...I am very involved in this community and I will do everything I can to make sure everyone in this town knows how terrible this business is read more
