The Liberty Inn shut its doors in the 90's and Con moved back to Greece with most of the family. Today not much has changed. The Koutsotheodoros family re-opened the Liberty Inn's doors in 2011 and carried on the same tradition. Once again the Liberty Inn is a family owned and operated business with a focus on pizza and Mediterranean dishes. It has experienced a complete overhaul to really freshen the place up with a modern feel. The food however is still the same. A throwback to traditional tastes, don't expect to find loaded pizzas with processed toppings at Liberty Inn. The kitchen and pizza bar both operate on the proven method that less is more.

Staff typical small town very polite, especially the few attractive young ladies. My criticism with Pizza has always been lack of quality ingredients and Fred & Mandy go out of their way to keep the quality as high as they can with an excellent cheese blend and high quality Ham and small goods right down to an inhouse blended Tomatoe base.
