We had never needed to board our Morkie before, so when our trip came together at the last minute, we had to find a place we could trust. We found them on Yelp and, based on the great reviews and ratings, decided to give them a try. We're so glad we did! The entire process was super easy, even though we handled everything over the phone. I mostly communicated with Anna, and she was incredibly helpful and easy to work with. We also paid for our four-night boarding stay through Simon's Zelle account, which made everything very convenient. The grooming was also top-notch! Our Morkie came back looking great, and it was clear that they took good care of her while we were away. We highly recommend them and would absolutely use them again the next time we need boarding or grooming. Thank you again, Anna, Rosa, and Simon, for taking such good care of Bailey and giving us peace of mind while we were enjoying our vacation.

We found someone with a schnauzer across the street and asked where it was groomed and she said the groom room. So we decided to make an appointment. Josh explained that if our dog was matted she would be shaved. In this instance unfortunately he tried to brush her but she didnt allow him so he did let me know she would be shaved. Usually we dont like her fully cut. But he did a great job her face looks cute and she looks like a girl. If i make sense. I will definitely bring her back Thank you

Scheduling is always incredibly easy--they're responsive, accommodating, and always do their best to find an appointment that works for me. Our groomer, Kal, is absolutely outstanding. He always arrives exactly when he says he will, which I really appreciate. More importantly, he is wonderful with my dog, Bauer. It's obvious that Kal genuinely loves dogs, and Bauer is always happy to see him. He takes his time, is patient and caring, and consistently gives Bauer an excellent haircut. Every grooming leaves Bauer looking fantastic. From my conversations with Kal, it's also clear that Avenue of the Paws truly values and supports its employees. That positive company culture shines through in the quality of service they provide. If you're looking for a reliable, professional, and genuinely caring mobile grooming service, Avenue of the Paws is an exceptional choice. Five stars without hesitation!

Jaszmine at the front desk is always so warm and welcoming, and our girl clearly loves being here. She literally doesn't even look back when we drop her off--which is equal parts reassuring and offensive. Safe to say we're huge fans of K-9 Loft and will definitely keep coming back.

After six months of silence, this guy suddenly messages me saying, "Are you still interested in…read morethis service?" as I received the message in SMS format - I had no idea what he was talking about - he messaged me without even mentioning what service he's talking about. Seriously? You think I've been sitting here waiting for you all this time? When I questioned him, instead of apologizing or owning up, he got sarcastic and told me I was being "smart & tough." That's his idea of customer service - insulting someone for pointing out how ridiculous his message was. And then I mentioned just because he has messaged me rudely now by saying that I am being "smart & tough" I messaged him back that now he deserves a rating on Yelp - and then he tried to justify it by saying he was "out of the country because of a sad family moment." If that's true, learn how to pause your business or set an auto-reply or reply from there in few days. Don't pop up half a year later acting like you're doing me a favor. If you enjoy rude, clueless communication and zero professionalism, maybe he's your guy. Otherwise, save yourself the headache and find someone who actually respects their clients' time.

Then what's the point of making an appointment? Why should I leave my dog there for three hours with other dogs? Her excuse was that my dog needs 'special care' because of a neck injury. Yes, special care means giving more attention and time -- not working on other dogs simultaneously. It's clear she only cares about money, and nothing else. Please be away from this cheap and unprofessional place.

I live just 5 minutes away, and the exact moment we walked through my front door, she had severe bloody diarrhea. When I contacted them to address their lack of supervision during her four-day stay, they completely washed their hands of the situation.
