I will admit this place has a ton of BOOTS however, the quality is horrendous. I don't understand how new Casey can charge so much for inferior made BOOTS. As I was looking for BOOTS for my wife I noticed that many were damaged. They were still sticker at $700 plus and don't get me started on their clearance rack. The boots are simply super amazing. Everyone from my mom to best friends are impressed by their look, material, and etc. even if they know nothing about cowboy boots. I have super weird feet and the service folks were super helpful in picking a good boot for me, doing everything from stretching the material to glossing or unglossing options for me if I asked them to. 3 hours later, and boots purchased, I am super happy. Deceptive business practices have lowered my rating of an otherwise quality product. My wife wanted boots for Christmas and pointed me to a pair of Lucchese's. Having them around I grew to like them decided to get a pair myself. I do not know much about cowboy boots but I did make an effort to learn a little before making my purchase. I visited boot stores and pored over the internet. Different product lines I understand. CLASSICS: The hand made line. SINCE 1883 lesser but good. According to the FAQ section on the Lucchese website, the answer to the question are the boots US made: "All Lucchese Classics and Lucchese Since 1883 Brown boots are made 100% in the USA. Our factory is in El Paso, TX. Lucchese 2000, cowboy/cowgirl and 1883 brands now fall under the Lucchese since 1883 Brown product line." That's the whole quote. Do you see any mention of a SINCE 1883 RED LINE? Me neither. Honestly, absent a mention of any other line, I took "1883 Brown boots" to refer to the color of the boots. Fast forward, I find a pair that i like called RANCH HANDS which are prominently displayed as MADE IN USA. I search the internet For 1883 RANCH HANDS and I see a couple of models. The prices on the internet are within 10% of one another across all 1883 Ranch Hand links found and to my uneducated eye, the "made in USA" question is settled by the Lucchese website. My boots arrive. They are as comfortable and good looking a pair of boots as I could have asked for. The are also stamped MADE IN MEXICO! There is no mention of a RED LINE on the Lucchese website. There was no reason for me the question the difference between a model number beginning with an N as opposed to an M. Well, let me tell you, if want USA take the Ns. Generally, I am not one to care about made in USA. However, it was meaningful to me for some reason in the case of cowboy boots. Particularly since I did not cheap out and frankly, might have paid the additional had the information been made clearer. This is wrong and Lucchese needs to clear this up for the public. read more

Great selection of boots at discounted prices. This is a factory outlet for Lucchese which is a higher end Texas cowboy boot manufacturer. Here you can buy a pair of 500.00 Goat Skin boots for under 300.00. They are suppossed to be seconds but I could find no defects on the boots I tried on. I ended up with a pair of black Buffalo Skin boots that I think are pretty hot. If you like boots and are driving through it's worth the stop. read more

The 3 star rating is for the store only, not for Lucchese boots as a brand, which will get 5 stars in my book any day. Lucchese is the best off the rack boot you can buy. Try to get the Classics rather than the 1883 or the 2000, which are lesser models. You cannot go wrong with a pair of Classics...I own 12 pair of Lucchese's in various hides...all are great and fit like they were made for me. Practically no break in required. This store is ok. I have bought one pair there and got a decent price. They sell seconds, but the standards on a Lucchese are pretty high, so a Lucchese second might be better than a competitor's first run line. The prices here are pretty good. However, there is a Lucchese outlet over off I 10, north side of the highway, near Zaragoza, where I buy most of mine. It's next door to a Starr Western Wear. They have a great selection and really good prices. I got full quill ostrich for $400.00. Nothing "second" about it, either. read more

I called customer service to find out when they might have new styles and sizes available. Laura was so incredibly helpful! She emailed me with other boot suggestions and directed me to a Lucchese outlet. I called and Stacey took photos of two pairs of boots in my size. Do NOT purchase Luchesse boots as a gift. Do NOT! Great looking boots, excited to receive as gift. Unfortunately too small. I followed their "easy return policy" but after about an hour on the phone it is impossible to get the boots exchanged for a pair that fits. The person who gifted me the boots lives in Dallas. I live in Georgia. Lucchese's only solution was for me to send the boots back to my friend, for my friend to take time off work to go by the store, my friend then to resend them to me. All that is needed is for Lucchese to exchange my boots for a pair that fits. This would not cost them a dime, just swap one brand new pair for another. Worst customer service and worst return policy I've ever encountered. read more

Wow, the selection was extensive and Laura was amazing; she provided me impeccable customer service!!! They are handmade in Texas and there are so many styles to choose from. Good sized store and the staff was friendly. This Lucchese outlet is, by far, the best one I have ever been to. The staff are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The stock is 98% handmade and only 2% machine made, and is of truly impeccable quality. As someone who is attracted to high-quality, traditional craftsmanship, this is just the boot store for me. One note is that Lucchese's handmade boots will usually be higher in price than their machine-made line, but you are paying for the craftsmanship and tradition of boot-making. Within the past year, I have bought three pairs of boots here for myself, two for my fiancé, and one each for my mother-in-law and father-in-law. I could not be happier with any of these seven purchases; the look, feel, fit, and quality of each pair exceeded all expectations. Great store, service and selection! The salesman were very helpful and patience. I bought a couple pairs and got a further price break. The store is very nicely laid out with the different sizes gathered and basically separated. Once you determine your size it's an easy matter to try a few on. There were at least 50 pair of each size I estimate...maybe more or less in some. I looked at Lucchese .com and picked couple styles I wanted and sure enough they had them in my size off the rack. That never happens for me! I had recently bought a pair of Tony Lama's and while the Lucchese are at least 5x more expensive I'm MUCH happier with them...and TL's are not bad boots! read more

I am so disappointed in these boots and the customer service from Lucchese. I have had these boots for about three years and they started to gets wholes in the leather.. WHen I returned them to Lucchese for inspection they where not helpful but feel that a quality cowboy boot should only last three years ... I don't agree with Lucchese on this . I have owned and still do tony Lama. Fyre boots both have lasted through more and longer than Lucchese... Prehaps at some other time this was a good boot. DONOT make the investment in this product !!! read more
