Initially, evaluate $451.02 you charged me $451.02 for the replacement of the overhead module, and an additional $436.32 for repairing a power steering line leak. I agreed to proceed with the work, which totaled $1,307.21. However, upon picking up my vehicle, I discovered that the battery was dead after sitting outside my home for just two days.Furthermore, I reported that the radio, steering wheel controls, and phone were not functioning upon receiving the car back. However, I was informed that these issues were present when the vehicle was brought to your shop, which is simply untrue. Everything was operational prior to my visit, except for the battery drain problem.When I returned the car to your shop, I was charged an additional $251.00. I was then told that all I needed was a new battery. After nearly a week of waiting for updates, I was notified that my vehicle was ready for pickup. Unfortunately, when I sent someone to retrieve it, the battery was dead once again.Despite having paid a total of $1,500.00 for repairs, my vehicle continues to experience issues. After charging the new battery for 24 hours, it was dead once again after just two days of non-use.To add insult to injury, I received a text from your team today asking if I had a great experience.
