Finally they fessed up and told me they hadn't been ordered yet and they would put it on a rush. They got ordered on January 3 2020 and said I would probably have them within a week. Been calling daily and said they called the lab and they would be here on January 21 2020. Called on January 23 not in. Called on 24 and they r saying it will be another week. What kind of operation is this place. I will never go back as I am sick of the excuses. Can't believe what they say. I can say that I will never return

I was referred to Sturgeons by another optician who said they might be up to the job. The fellow working the front desk said they could find another earpiece but it might not exactly match. Go ahead, I said; I'm trying to see, not look perfect; but I bet a lot of folks do have vanity about these things. Quickly within 10 minutes, they replaced the ear piece and my specs were good as new--for only $10! The bonus: the waiting room had a book by a West Virginia poet, Kirk Judd, who I'd personally hung out with at bygone writers events! I dare other optical offices to match this one!

I and my two children saw him for several years after leaving offices that had rude office workers. I found that while he was in office with Dr. Fenton we ended up again severely dissatisfied with the office staff. It is sad how the office staff can make you leave an office of a Doctor you really like. Unfortunately outside of your checkups, the office staff is who you interface with most. I have since moved to another doctor with whom I am quite satisfied with all the way around. I was forced to switch doctors as Dr. Kallner moved to an office that did not accept my insurance.
