Two generations of my family, including myself and two daughters have been patients in his practice. I began seeing Dr Feinberg when he was still working out of his original office in Stratford with his father, who was also a great orthodontist. Aside from a bad cosmetic result, this left me unable to bite an apple, or a piece of pizza or a sandwich, etc. Everything just folds up under the front overjet. Salad tends to escape as you eat - very embarrassing. The dentist had also ground down a crown, leaving me with an upper tooth that needs to be raised with screws in my jaw, and a tendency to bite the inside of my cheek on that side. Dr. Feinberg is a great orthodontist. He is very professional, his staff is great, his office is modern and immaculate. He explains everything with a great deal of patience and professionalism. He has a lot of experience with Invisalign cases gone wrong ! He also has a wonderful reputation among his peers, which says a lot. I had gone for a second opinion on the advice of a friend who is also a Dentist and Dr. Bilous in Fairfield, another great orthodontist, assured me that his plan was exactly what was needed. She also see a lot of Invisalign cases gone wrong. The lesson is no one should be going to a dentist, even if they call themselves a cosmetic dentist, to have teeth moved. During a recent procedure, anesthesia was administered into her tongue instead of gum. When this was brought to Dr. Fatse's attention, the response was simply, "I'm sorry." Three days after the procedure, the numbness had still not resolved. My mother contacted the office to report the issue and seek guidance. She was advised to take Advil, but no further explanation or follow-up was provided regarding the prolonged loss of sensation. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and concern surrounding what appears to be an unusual outcome. Patients deserve the best in care, and if Dr. Fatse can't inject anesthetic properly, it seems rather alarming. Based on this experience, I felt it was important to share our concerns so that prospective patients can make an informed decision when choosing a dental provider.

Dr. Opin charted a plan with my dentist and a surgeon and thus began a 2.5 year journey to help me smile for the first time in picture. In 2018, I returned with my 11 year old daughter and Dr. Perry and Dr. Gary (who had been a resident when I started) remembered me and made a great plan for her. Before my first daughter was done it was our youngest daughter's turn, and then before she was done my wife also became a patient. Thanks to the Drs. This specific location has always been an issue. I've been with this practice for about 15 or so…read moreyears. No problems up until about a year or two ago. I got two cavities filled on two separate occasions and only one was hurting afterwards. It's been over a year since I got that filling and when I went in for my cleaning I mentioned the tooth was still bothering me and having a lot of sensitivity especially with colder food. The nurse, not the actual professional just the assistant, told me it was normal (it is NOT especially after a year and having plenty of other fillings without this problem) and I was shocked by that I felt I shouldn't say anymore or she would get upset. Majority of the visit was also waiting. They seemed to have no empathy or understanding about me. I have extremely sensitive gums, it's just genetics, they told me it was a lack of flossing and brushing. Not true. They don't care about the patients or anything else, they just want their paycheck and that's it. If there was a way to give 0 stars, I would. Please don't waste your time.
