Fast forward to a few weeks ago and my passenger side door wouldn't open without scraping the front fender and sometimes it wouldn't open at all. I had no idea how or where to even begin to get this fixed. I was recommended this business and showed up to get an estimate. Google said they closes at 5:30 but the door said 5. I was there at 4:50. Expecting to be asked to return at a different date they gladly let me show them the problem and they proceeded to fix it, rather quickly. Above and beyond kindness and customer service is what I received at the end of a long work day and if that is the indicator of some quality folks and a quality business. I hope I don't need them but if I do I know where to go because they have more than earned my trust and any future business I may have.

Therefore, I also did not chose to have it repaired instead of replaced. That makes no sense as the quote was for the repairs however they are to be done. Of course I would want the top to be replaced if necessary. It also was Never explained to me that without replacement it would not look new - conversation absolutely NEVER happened. Yes, minor scratches that Collision Center caused were buffed out. The major deep scratches on my door that CC caused were not buffed out because the shop scratched too deep. It was Collision Center choice to not replace the roof of my car and Collision Center choice to not repair the damage to my door that occurred at their shop.

I can only remember one time out of ten, I saw a flaw and it was corrected immediately. Danny shoots me straight and has been very reasonable in his pricing. I have even paid extra for a couple jobs, because I got such a great deal. The paint and body business is full of over charging businesses at one end of the spectrum and sketchy places at the the other end. I am very happy to have found a trustworthy, hardworking body shop. ITS BEEN SIX MONTHS!!!!! I go in because it's been so long and they don't have it and the guy says they called me and I said no you didn't, I always answer my phone. Then I was threatened because I wanted them to give me a check for me to go elsewhere. They followed me outside and again threatened me. Worse body shop ever. Do not go here. Again, I never received a phone call from anyone.
