Today when we came home we had no water, have MANY precautions in place so we knew it wasn't frozen, so we thought surely it was the well pump. They gave us fair price and fixed super fast the same day. About 2 weeks later a fitting where pressure gauge screwed in had cracked. They came out super fast again and fixed it under warranty. Our water well had been out since Thursday night, It was now Monday morning, and since it went out,…read more I'd called and left messages for at least 5 other local Water Well Service Companies. I had not heard back from ANY of them, I looked on YELP and found Caddo Water Well Service I called and Mr. Billy answered, he said he was working another job near me and he could be at my house to evaluate my situation within the hour. Forty-five minutes later he and his crew were in my driveway ready to work. They were very professional, methodical, and thorough in their evaluation. They checked every aspect pertaining to the proper operation of the well - wiring, voltage, current, connections, breakers, air pressure in the tank, etc. And finally got to the point where they had ruled out everything else and were forced to pull my 20 yr old water well pump out of the ground and inspect every inch of 200 feet of water line and wires and then test the pump. At that point it was evident my pump needed to be replaced. Mr. Billy had a pump the type and size I needed on his truck and gave me a very reasonable price to replace it. Then they got to work installing the new pump. From the moment I first contacted him on the phone until my service was complete was literally less than 2 hours total.
