John's Hotshot and Courier Service

Over the past 3 months, I've used John's hotshot and courier services several times. I've been…read moreintending to leave him a review since he's gotten me out of a pinch several times now. But, it seems every time I think about it or I get sidetracked or busy. Plus, if I'm being honest, I wanted to use his services a few times to make sure his top notch services were consistent and not just a one time fluke. Needless to say, I've now used his several times and he's, consistently, provided top notch service in terms of transporting my items and customer service skills. He has always made contact with me once my items have been safely delivered. In my experiences, he's not the cheapest, but, also, not the most expensive and I've checked around. But, I've learned that he is a man of his word and in my handful of experiences with his services, he's always been punctual and gotten my items to their destination in a timely and safe manner. It's difficult to find reliable and consistent services from someone who makes it a priority to do as promised. He has transported both, small and large items for me. I have no hesitations or reservations in recommending his services. He's earned my trust and now I will not use anyone but John.

Someone called me a few minutes past three to tell me that they would be 20-30 minutes longer. It is now 3:50pm and I'm still here, waiting. I hope I never have to use this company ever again. Update: I left to go back to work so the guy told me he'd hide it in my front yard. He even texted me a picture of where he hid it. It was a rather large package, big enough to fit the couch in that it was carrying. He hid it behind my camper parked in the driveway. I'm taking back my one star and giving this feller 4 stars for even attempting to hide such a large package. I'm still laughing about it.
