The owner is friendly and responsive and a trustworthy guy all around. The crew that maintains our landscaping is amazing! Very friendly guys, very respectful of my property, pets and family and always smiling and saying "Hi!" when I see them. The lawn service is done correctly with a mow every week in warm months and every other week in the cool months, lawn and garden edging, along with weed pulling and shrub and tree trimming where required. I recently had the crew replace the trees on my property with trees more tropical in nature vs. the ones that the builder placed on my property that weren't in best shape and would cause damage to pavers and sidewalk down the road. I have to say that I am amazed that they were able to get me some amazing trees for my property. I requested a $10 discount on my next per mow service and then he tried to force me into a monthly 15 day mow contact after just three mows. I got a half hour lecture on mowing and how it's the busy season now and he doesn't need my per mow business anymore.. I have worked for several of the largest landscaper companies in the USA for 32 years. I don't need a half hour lecture on mowing grass . I need my grass mowed when I request it. . His rates are also high. I was paying him $65 a mow for a Normal size, open yard. I just got a new quote 15 minutes later for $40 a mow, trim, edge and blow From a larger local competitor. With No sales games. No monthly contract. No 1/2 hour lecture. Just mow on request. They did do a good job and that's why I was willing to pay the little bit extra until they line trimmed my plants on the third mow and then he tried to bully me into a monthly mow contract.
