She allowed me to take some samples home to look at and came to pick them up later. Once she was 100% sure that I had what I wanted .. She ordered the carpet. A week later a team of guys came to begin the install. They were extremely professional, respectful, and polite the entire time they were in my home. They did not make a mess at all. They cleaned up after them selves.. including taking the trash/debris outside to a bucket they brought. The team didn't even use my trash containers. They even vacuumed the carpeted areas once installation was complete. The process took two days. On the second day, a thunderstorm happened while installing.. my poor afraid dog burst into the room and insisted on staying with one of the carpet installers. The man just petted her, talked to her, and worked around her. I kept removing her but any chance she got.. she wanted to sit by him to be safe.

I started calling in June of 2020 when I saw black spots which was mold on the floor of the shower. In addition, I noticed the floor was missing grout. I was told to clean it and someone would come back check it out. The contactor came out and I requested that the contractor to regrout the shower floor and put a sealant on top. Previously, I was told that the grout had a sealant. After calling the owner and communicating with contactor they said that the would take care it and finally after not getting any results. I finally just asked if they would take of it and I was told it was nothing they could do. I just stopped asking.
