She went dress shopping with me and helped me pick the most beautiful dress I could ever have hoped for. Koryn recommended hair and makeup artists who totally nailed the look I was going for. Kelly recommended a local place for me to buy shoes that would be dazzling but still easy to wear all night. The decorations were to die for, the venue was perfectly in keeping with the vibe we were going for, the food was absolutely amazing, and the DJ was exactly what we wanted. We had fabulous mixologists who were so sweet and made two beautiful specialty cocktails for us. They arranged for us to stay at a local bed and breakfast, and while we were at the rehearsal dinner they came in and put my dress on display in the room. It was a beautiful, unexpected surprise when I got there to see my dress on the mannequin! It took my breath away! That really was such a special touch; I couldn't stop staring at it. They took an image I liked on Pinterest and had our invitations modeled after it, and then had them addressed and mailed for us. Kelly made my bouquet, which was beautiful, and then had the flowers dried, pressed, and assembled into a shadowbox wall hanging for me. They seriously took care of every little detail and then some; they went above and beyond in every way. We couldn't have been happier with their service. Kelly was available to talk or text whenever I needed her, even if it was just to vent when I was stressed. We had the PERFECT wedding, and I would recommend Kelly to anyone. She takes dreams and turns them into reality.

Heart shaped tub in the very large bathroom. The bed was super comfy!! Now on with the bad... Starting with our wedding day lunch on 2/14/2013. We had a 1215 reservation for 8 following our very small private wedding. There were only 2 other guests in the restaurant at the time. We were seated in the closed in porch area where the heat was not on, and it was maybe 50 degrees outside. When my sister in law went to ask to have the heat turned on, we were informed that it wasn't working and were reseated inside. (Why didn't they just seat is inside in the first place? There was almost NO ONE else in the restaurant!) After 10 minutes our waitress finally came to take our dinner order, seemingly forgetting to take our drink order. After 30 minutes our 3 year old was starving so again, sister in law trying to make sure my day is perfect, went and asked that her food be sent out. It never came. Until the rest of the food was served. Every single dish except 2 was WRONG!! 4 of us ordered the flatiron, which the menu says is served with risotto and asparagus. They all came out with green beans and mashed potatoes. When we asked that it be fixed, the waitress acted offended when we wanted to keep our plates so we had SOMETHING to eat while we waited another 15 minutes! Not to mention, my steak was cold. Not warm. Icy cold! In an attempt to make up for what the chef apparently lacked, the waitress brought us a bottle of champagne on the house. And when I say bottle I mean unopened bottle and a tray of glasses. My sister on law had to open the bottle which exploded allllllll over her!!!!!! And the waitress says "don't worry about the floor.. I'll get that". Wow!!!!! The waitress should have poured the champagne herself!!! I will say that once the food finally arrived, it was absolutely delicious! The risotto was cooked perfectly. The salads here are to die for! Now, skip ahead 1 day. Husband and I return for our honeymoon get away. The room is lovely! The next morning we order breakfast and have it delivered to our room. It was very nice! The food was a 7 out of 10. Later that night we wanted some coffee but noticed the coffee pack for the coffee maker in the room had not been replaced so I called the front desk to see about getting some more. I called 5 times over a 35 minute period and got NO answer! So I called the restaurant and spoke to Nanette, who said she would let someone know. No one ever came..... So on our way out to dinner, I stopped by the reception office only to find it abandoned. I left a note on the desk. We returned from dinner to find coffee packs left on the dresser outside our door. Good enough right? Only, we had no filters!! We had to use a Kleenex!!! So, our last morning at 920 I call to order our breakfast, which is already paid for, only to be told that its too late!! There is a sign on the reception desk that clearly says "for room delivery order before 730 and after 900." This place has SOOOOO much potential! But they are definitely lacking in service. With a place this beautiful, it would be easy to keep people coming back I only they would step it up. Not sure if we will be back...
