queued for 40 minutes together with 3 to 5 other customers for one of 3 self-service PCs from 1995, while the two employees were literally poking their noses in an otherwise completely empty store. not only did they not seem to care about the queue, they also refused to help shorten the line, when other customers and I kindly asked them if they could print out some of our jobs on their machines. not to mention the shower of passive-aggressive comments when I finally made I to the cash desk to silently pay and get out of there - wow! read more
