I am so over this place. The first time I wrote a review I was trying to be polite despite the questionable customer service. However, I am so over the attitude of some of the employees here. It is like pulling teeth to get them to actually work, no matter the time, day, or season. How dare I actually ask them to do their job. Oh shame on me for expecting some form of courtesy and professionalism.
Yeah right... What comes to mind when I think of Printerrete-they should be in a skit for SNL under bad customer service. I ask the guy if he could scan a few important documents for me a certain way because I don't want to screw up on something so vital. He says nope, it's self-service here, but I can guide you from a distance. I knew that was complete nonsense because normally I would pay extra to have them scan documents behind their counter and put it on the disk for me. Plus in the past, it's like pulling their teeth to verbally get them to do anything, so I was not even going to experience it again. Before COVID 19 they could barely give instructions or provide any proper information on the products. In addition, I was not trying to waste other people's time that was standing in line to use the machine. I guess them standing behind the counter and looking up at the ceiling is more productive instead. I would dodge this place if you are looking for proper customer service. There are actually better printing shops that can do far better. read more
