I got…read morehome and didn't pick up my car immediately. my son was sick for three days and when my son was feeling better, I sent Bryan a message asking if I could pick up my car, he told me that he was actually in Seattle but he would be back by morning. 4 hours later I got a phone call from a police officer telling me that my car had been involved in a hit and run accident and that the driver, Bryan, was detained in the back of a patrol car for drunk driving (in Spokane, not Seattle). I have taken my cadilice to Fred's several times for large and minor fixes and everything they have given me honest true feedback while explaining things as needed so I can actually understand what's wrong with the car instead of telling me what I need to fix and how much. No matter the challenge my car proves to them they are always willing to tackle the challenge head on. Anyways B&B towing towed my car to their establishment. Before picking up my car, I called to make sure my car was there. On a Monday morning: The First Lady that answered was sweet and kind and helpful she told me what the fee was like $304. It was towed during the holiday and weekend hours. She told me the cost wouldn't go up until after 5pm. I call back later that afternoon and a lady answered to me it sounded like the women I had spoke to earlier, she said my car was now 318 dollars. I explained that I was told the price would not increase until after 5pm from her. She told me I didn't speak to her earlier that day actually. And there was an 11 dollar additional charge for something. Here's the deal, my car was towed. I have to pay a lot of money for it. I couldn't get it out on holiday, so it cost more... all my fault. But I don't think it's appropriate for the the receptionist working there to give me an attitude because I was told the price wouldn't increase until after 5pm and it did. It was horrible customer service from that second ladies attitude. I do not appreciate it. I am not impressed by it. Get an attitude adjustment lady. You work in customer service.

He seemed to know exactly what to do and got me out in less than 2 minutes. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others and would call them again should the need arise, although I hope it doesn't :^)
