As a former employee, I have seen an upper store management " Clique". If the upper management likes you? You have got it made! But if you complain? Management will do everything they can to get rid of you. I applied for 5 different positions, and was passed over for no reason. I had no discipline write ups nothing! And no reason for not getting those jobs. After I went to HR, I found out why. The HR manager and Pokomoke store manager are "buddies" so Pokomoke is run like a kingdom. They messed up my order 4 times.after calling customer service each of the 4 times and waiting forever I finally got through to them the night before delivery and they assured me they finally had it right but when they delivered there was 1 countertop instead of 2 and a washing machine had fell on one of my cabinets and broke it.i called customer service,waited 25 minutes to be unwantingly transferred to delivery who transferred my back to customer service who put me on hold and hung up on me after being on hold for another 20 minutes.this place does not deserve my business and won't get my business again.the associates are clueless,customer service is careless and delivery is reckless and from here on out their profits from me will be penniless!! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Terrible customer service. We have been trying to get a washer and dryer installed for weeks. Their delivery drivers are incompetent. They installed our washer and dryer finally, but didn't test it out before they left and it was a BROKEN unit, or they broke it transporting it here. The delivery sub-contractors refused to take our old unit back as well, leaving it outside in our driveway. Trying to reschedule a pickup and technician to come and look at the new, broken unit has been excruciating. Seems like everyone is incompetent at this store. Would give 0 stars if I could. read more

Not impressed. Do not try to go thru the customer service if you are calling. A waste of time unless you enjoy being on hold, then it's great. I leave 3 stars because the woman who answered was polite. The problem seems systemic, not the fault of individual employees. The phone prompts are a bad joke. read more

I had a big problem with my recent big appliance order at Lowe's in Pocomoke, I was so upset and felt strongly that Lowe's needed to make it right, it wasn't until I got in touch with Tracy Mason the Assistant Manager that she resolved it to my complete satisfaction! Othel (I believe that's how you spell his name) was OUTSTANDING to work with. I came in 10 minutes before closing with a clingy cranky kid and needed a new washer. He was so kind efficient and helpful and knowledgeable. He really is a treasure. Thank you for your kindness and staying past close because of confirming my credit card was taking so long through no fault of Lowe's or you. I was personally employed at this store and Pokomoke city Maryland Lowe's for only a short 67 days it was literally the worst decision I've ever made in my entire life to help and assist at this establishment I was fired because I was an outdoor hard-working employee that wore sunglasses and would occasionally go inside the building I'm not disappointed for their decision I am much happier now just to not be at that place from day one as of hire I was disrespected by my department manager day in and day out being yelled at in loud tone of voice being cursed upon with profanity completely disrespected as a human being I would encourage the general public to literally not give this store the business that they so desperately need to stay running as well oiled machine I have been in probably 30 other Lowe's locations throughout my life and this store was the most unsafe dirty disgusting disregarding for self human life that I have ever experienced I personally will not ever give my business to the store again because my reason of actually wanting to help out and work at the place was not for money I am a well established Amazon business holder I wanted to work there for the retirement fund to get to know people in the area that I just moved in also to get a good business deal on lots of building materials that I need to renovate my home to make it very beautiful for real estate resale I live at 37463 Davy Jones Blvd. my home is now for sale I will be speaking to HR corporation within Lowe's about how poorly this establishment is Run I highly encourage the general public to stay away from the store unless you are a poor redneck that is also a drunk then by any means feel free to interact. read more

I purchase a refrigerator and had it delivered. Expo was delivery company. They set up fridge, and did not hook up water line for water and ice. Told me I had to get my own plumber. Delivery company Expo will take 3 days to get back. So irate. read more

Ordered a hot water heater in the store and asked for Lowes to deliver and hook up. Sales person told us we would hear from installer in a couple of days for hook up. After a week without hearing anything from the installer we called the store to cancel the order and they couldn't even find the order. Great customer service!!!! I went in with my husband and boys in need of a big order for a roof we are installing. I was a bit concerned if both of my trucks would haul all the material, as I approached the register in the contractor section Vanessa had an inviting smile. I expressed my concerns she called FC(Francis) over which happened to be called in today for an emergency delivery. He did not hesitate to called the Manager Tracy to get an approval to add in ours to his route. As fast as this is happening Danny Junior in the wood dept jumped right in and got all our item numbers in a list and got us checked out, he also reached out to his peer KJ to start loading material. I was in and out with what I needed and no worries about the haul. They did an amazing job with team work!!! Hope they get recognition for going above and beyond.
