I recently bought a new home and needed to furnish it. I visited a few other furniture stores…read morearound Houma first, but the experience felt more like dealing with pushy used car salesmen than people who genuinely cared. That all changed the moment I walked into Louis Mohana and met Laddie. Laddie is absolutely first class. From the start, he focused on me--how I would be using the furniture, the layout of my home, and how to create comfortable, functional spaces that reflect my style. It was never just about making a sale for him; it was about helping me turn my house into a home. Because of that, I ended up buying as much furniture as I could from Louis Mohana--and I'll be calling Laddie before going anywhere else in the future. I highly recommend anyone in the market for quality furniture and top-tier service do the same. Thanks again, Laddie. You made this experience easy and enjoyable.

This small hardware store located in a strip mall is indeed misleading. The staff is super…read morefriendly and is always willing to help. This is definitely NOT your big box home improvement center. If you ask the staff for a particular item, without hesitation they walk you to exactly where the item is located. I like that small town hospitality..... As an Artist, I find myself in hardware stores all the time and love that I can get a few needed items without driving into one of the bigger cities close by. They have a little bit of everything and will certainly have what you need to get the job done.....

I ordered two large pots for my restaurant prior to opening, upon preparation of my grand opening I…read morewas going to use the pots, only to find one of the lids was defective and did not fit either pot. I called once and the lady said she would get back to me. I never heard back from her. I called yet again a week or so later and another lady said she would call right back, instead I get an email the next day stating that I would have to ship the whole pot and lid back at my cost as well as I would have to pay cost to have a new one sent to me. I will never purchase from these people agin. I feel that I should NOT be penalized for their mistakes and poor quality control. They should check the product before it goes out to the customer.

The girl said they have only had it for a few months. Here's to hoping they can work out a better way to keep it cleaned up.

Updating my review as this business is clearly dishonest and not one I would support. After my review they edited the listed hours on Google to reflect their current hours, which is great. The business decided to make an update then blame the customer for their error of hours posted. Very bad business look. Guess you didn't update yelp yet before publishing your comment.

Instead of attempting to be nice or accommodating, we got more rudeness "well, this is very last minute." I can work with people who might have supply issues, but I'm not going to work to earn the right to buy from you; you should be working to earn my business. My father-in-law just lost his mother and we left after expressing our displeasure. If we got this much grief after one minute of interaction, we weren't going to put up with a longer customer relationship. They may have good flowers or displays, but it's not worth the bad attitude or service. Note: we just went to another place that is also dealing with lots of demand right now. They were completely nice in explaining the situation and that they'd do their best to get us beautiful flowers. This is how you deal with customers.
