Those are blinds that go inside your house. The quality is so poor. The installation is absurd and they're even missing the shutter. They tried to arguing with me. The bottoms and tops aren't painted the raw wood and at one point one of their managers named Dale said to me that's OK. We won't spray paint them in your house.. $15,000 almost for shutters and you're gonna spray paint them. Unacceptable.. then they try to stronghold you by having all these people contact you. It's a joke. It really is. Do you not buy shutters from Home Depot? They're junk and they lie.. I hope that we can take this to court because I want my day in court to argue this purchase. I've asked them several times to remove the shutters and give me my money back and they're refusing. They keep saying it's an insulation issue and it's not trust me.. so I say screw you Home Depot I'm done. Maybe it does but mine wasn't working... Mr. Appliance hands down was fantastic!! From the first call speaking to the reps to giving me an alternative perspective/idea on how to accomplish my goal. The manager Mike suggested to bypass my filter overall and not repair it since of the Reverse Osmosis system will be leaps above anything that goes in that fridge and to just push the water around the filter. I called on an afternoon Monday they were out next day afternoon AJay was the tech I received updates on arrival and the tech AJay was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the process. The repair was quick and no mess or issues afterwards. Fantastic customer service Fantastic Technician great company! I requested to have our icemaker fixed on our thermador fridge/freezer. The first time people came…read moreout they went through the steps and said we need to replace our entire ice maker for $550. We agreed, spent the $550 and they said ice should start in a day or two. 1 week later, No ice. We request they come back out as there is a 30 day warranty. A new technician came out and lets us know that the fan is not working and it was probably the root of the cause in the first place. He even tells us to call his office to see if we can be refunded as the new fan would only be $379. We don't agree on spot to fix the fan but we call the office and they let us know they can not refund it and we will have to pay the total ~$930. Over the next week we try calling and working with them explaining our reasoning. The supervisor Heather was very rude in the phone and she reasoned that within the one week that the icemaker was replace the fan must have broken. We feel totally scammed and we are defiantly not using them again to replace our fan. Ajay should have had more backbone as he was really the only person we talked to in person and he said himself the fan was probably the original problem. Never use this company. To add, the parts online are a fraction of the cost they quote you.

He didn't give up and his GM supported the time it took to resolve the issues we were having. I will never purchase a cell phone elsewhere, definitely not even from my carrier. The customer service I received today was amazing. I work in customer service so I get how frustrating it can be. Both remained friendly and Aaron kept me informed of the whole process. His customer service skills and knowledge was extraordinary. A situation that could been complete misery had me leaving the store with a smile on my face and confident in the service team at my local Best Buy.

Never heard from him again. Called him and said a phone call with a follow up would have been nice. Said he would, still no follow up. I had to call myself and find out when will we receive the rest of our order. Another 4 weeks. So in total 10 weeks and counting.......nothing. Now I have to wait till middle of July. In January I went to North End Appliance to book a service call for my dishwasher, which was not…read morefully draining. The gentleman in the store was abrupt, almost rude, but whatever... He's not the repairman. Alex came for the repair. He was right on time. That was the good part of the experience. He did not want to hear my observation of the dishwasher problem. He did not run the dishwasher. He disconnected the discharge hose, cleared a bit of crud from it (yes, there was some, but it was not blocked), reconnected, ran the discharge cycle to ensure it was emptying and not leaking from the reconnection, and left. Would not even consider my request to check for other problem. Told me "all appliances have standing water in them. Even your washing machine." "Not three inches," I said. "I know what I'm doing. This is the twelfth one of these I've done today," he said. And left. Well, he did NOT fix the drainage problem. At all. Luckily I got a recommendation of N.Z. Systems Appliance Service. Booked a service call with a very nice woman on the phone. Bernie came on time (early, actually). Ran the dishwasher first to hear what it was doing. Checked the discharge hose, then checked spigot side of hose connection and pulled out two, folded over, 1/2" rubber feet (no, I don't know what the previous homeowners were washing). Ran the cycle three times to check it -- sounded completely different, of course. Bernie was totally efficient but also nice about telling me when he was doing and why. And he fixed the dishwasher completely. Ive run it twice since he came and it drains completely. No, three-plus inches of water leftover for weeks is not normal. Good news? I have a trustworthy service company to call now.
