He showed us our appliances and held our paperwork while we had to deal with a hiccup about the appliances on the builders end (they sold us something that was technically more upgraded than what we were supposed to get) Once confirmed the upgraded appliances were OK to go , Derek had the order processed and with our closing date arriving soon hes always 1 step ahead and is always in contact about delivery and installation. There was also a wait of up to 6 weeks for the order to be delivered! While searching for appliance stores on Google, I came across CAS. On their website, I was able to chat with a real salesperson at 10pm who gave me a great deal on the unit I was interested in, AND waived the delivery and removal charges. I placed my order and paid all through chat. I was shocked to learn that the unit that I had ordered on Monday, would be delivered on Thursday of the same week! The delivery service provides a tracking website to view the status of the delivery on the day of the order and they arrived right on time. They were friendly and courteous throughout the transaction. To be honest, I kept waiting for something to go wrong, or for there to be a catastrophe (as there always is when ordering from Home Depot or Lowes). There were absolutely no issues with purchase or delivery at all. After the machine was installed, I removed the stickers and noticed a small dent under a sticker (not CAS' fault). I chatted again on their website and was told they would send my issue to the manufacturer right away. The agent apologized for the issue and is keeping in touch while we wait for contact from GE. I could not be happier with CAS, and I have already begun to tell my family and friends about the great service I have received. I will definitely be buying my appliances from CAS in the future! Under normal conditions, once an order is placed, a confirmation of the order is sent out. As of today, March 31, 2023, nothing has been received. However, Lastman's Bad Boy charged my credit card. I attempted to call customer service March 29th and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes, I hung up. I then immediately sent an email as directed to do while online with no response. Friday March 31st, I called the Barrie location where I live and spoke to 'Barb'. She was very kind and understanding and subsequently advised that the order number I was provided with is wrong. Furthermore, I was informed that 1 of the items I purchased wouldn't be available until sometime in August 2023. If that's the case, why wasn't i informed? A phone call, message or email. NOTHING. Tony was very punctual upon arrival. He took a look a my dryer and literally had the dryer apart in minutes. I was amazed at how quick he was taking it apart. He checked all the major components and explained to me what the problem was and how I can avoid the issue in the future. The best part about this experience is he had all the parts on his truck and had it repaired within an hour. I was really impressed with their invoicing system, it came directly to my phone, which I feel is way better than those paper invoices.
