    Damage panel
    Jairo M.

Today, I received a set of panels that I purchased at this location. The panels were delivered at my home. After the delivery driver left, I immediately noticed that the panels were wet and damaged. I headed toward this location since that's where I purchased the panels. I was very upset that nobody from the Lowe's location verified or checked these items were ok to be delivered. I spoke with a one representative from the location named Lisa. I must say I received the worst customer service ever from her. Not only she was not understanding of this issue but overall she tried to argue with me by making it seem it was my fault for not verifying with the delivery driver when I barely even have any interaction with the delivery guy. To add insult to injury, she was going to charged me for the delivery of the exchange when Lowe's was at fault for their mistake for sending something that was damaged. I asked for a supervisor, no supervisor came over to assist. All I was told by Lisa was that she sent an email to the delivery team. Now I have trash on my drive way with no date on when the replacement will come. Overall this location is the worst place to do business with specially with people like Lisa. Lowe's, you need to do better

Unbelievable!! I'm shocked this shop is still in business…read more I am a pharmacist of 8 years now, grew up with parents who run a few small businesses and let me tell you.. my experience with this place has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased what was supposed to be a "deal of a lifetime"--a 2006 Dixie Chopper for $3,000 out the door. It had a new motor and seemed like a great buy at first. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a disaster. The owner, Gary, presents himself as the nicest guy, but it's all an act. Be cautious--he'll say anything to make a sale. Always get everything in writing because if you don't, you'll end up paying far more than you expect. In my case, I was misled into paying for repairs on issues that should have been addressed before the mower was sold. Here's my story: Gary made grandiose claims about the mower, saying things like, "This mower retails for over $16,000,"(I've had it listed on FB Marketplace for $3900 for months now and no bites, and there are several newer models on there for less money). "You'll never ride a better mower," and "You'll be overjoyed with this machine." Excited, we bought it, but my excitement quickly faded. * Day one: I turned on the blades and immediately noticed a loud, harsh vibration. Upon inspection, I found the spindles were rusted out (I have photos to prove it added below). * Day two: The mower wouldn't start. The shop came to pick it up, but even they struggled to get it running. Weeks passed while they claimed to be troubleshooting a wiring issue. They eventually installed a relay switch. * I also reported the spindle problem, but Gary brushed it off as "just surface rust" and said they had already been inspected. After pressing him, I offered to buy new spindles myself for $150. Gary assured me they'd handle it. A week later, he admitted one or more spindles was completely destroyed and it's good thing they replaced them. (See pics of before and after below, you can barely tell which is which). Repairs dragged on for weeks. Every time I called, there was a new issue: belts, pulleys, you name it. When they finally delivered the mower back to me, I assumed the repairs were covered given that I had received no quote and had purchased a mower they claimed was in good condition. Imagine my shock when I got a voicemail a month later from Gary saying I owed $935! They never provided an estimate, never sought my approval for repairs, never gave me an itemized receipt, and were clearly charging me for problems they should have resolved before selling the mower. When I asked for a refund, Gary claimed they didn't have the money but offered to sell the mower on their lot. After months of no progress, I confronted him. Suddenly, he claimed he had given me a quote (he hadn't) and that the $935 was for spindles and labor-- see pictures below also, obviously he put used spindles on it and charged as much as he could. To make matters worse, he told me he had a buyer lined up for $6,200 but would only give me $3,000 of it. Frustrated, I had to let him charge my card just to retrieve my mower, fearing he'd sell it to someone else out of spite. When I asked AGAIN for an itemized receipt, he provided me with a piece of paper that had clearly been hand written right then (no invoice). Even more interesting is it's now been a week since and magically he hasn't called with the "interested buyers" information. This shop is beyond unprofessional. They sold me a broken mower, mishandled repairs, charged me without consent, and failed to take responsibility for their mistakes. Avoid this place at all costs! If you go make sure it is in writing before you give them anything, with prices confirmed and agreed upon.

I get it! over 60$ lost a customer of over 10 years if I can add pictures of my unfinsihed project! stay away! and I'll send pics of the new pressure washer I'm buying, so if you want to avoid my mistakes you can just go buy your own!

The bush from Angel Gardens Was in pristine Condition all 8 branches had been pruned clean and at perfect angles, each branch was thick yet green and healthy its full length, and the roots were in perfect health. I planted it the very next day after receiving and within 5 days the first sprout had appeared by the 8th(Yesterday) day all 8 branches had new healthy sprout growth. I could not be more pleased!!! The other bush from a different nursery found on amazon gave me a great reference point, the branches were mostly flat cut one looked like it was partly chewed off. 5 stems 2 with some green at the base but mostly woody and dead for several inches from the cut. The bush is alive but has no growth yet and it was received several days prior it will live but it was a sad sight Compared to the obvious expertise and loving care the other Mister Lincon had received from Pamala at Angel Gardens. I will try to remember to post some photos after this very healthy new planting is in bloom. Thank You Pamela from Nixie and rose lovers everywhere.
