They have only scammed me out of $ 44 (22 of which I've gotten back after raising hell) but are now trying to accuse me of fraud claiming that someone is using my scan card. Only problem is, I never had a scan card and though I had a 7-day trial (which I made use of via a PHYSICAL PAPER PASS that I might still have), I was not impressed enough with the gym to go through with signing up for a membership. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and am going to research my options for pursuing legal action because they are THAT dishonest. Update: just looked at their profile on better business bureau, looks like Taylor did make a complaint but the business didn't respond. I'm sure I can expect similar treatment to my own complaint. Be very careful before engaging with these crooks. Update: I have now also filed a consumer complaint with the New Mexico Attorney General.
