This is an email I sent to the school:…read more I know usually people only send complaints but we really love it at KinderCare and are so thankful we found you guys! Colleen's classroom, smells so good, it feels super clean and smells so great, especially with such little kiddos I'm sure there's some diapers in there and you'd never notice! Love it! Both Coleen and Roe are fantastic teachers. This being Olivia's first year with school she cried a little at drop off but I would hand her to Colleen who would hold her for a sec while I left (she doesn't usually go to anyone)! Today I put her down and she joined group turned around and waved happily and said good bye mommy!!! Melted my heart! We attended back to school night for Lilly last night! Jackie and Megan have done a fantastic job with that room!! It's so organized and we loved being able to experience Lilly's day! You can really tell they sincerely love all their students! I can really see the difference in Lilly's behavior and knowledge, I feel as though they've really put together a great system that makes Lilly beyond excited to come to school and miss it when she's not there! Generally wanted to thank you Beth and all the teachers, for being so patient, accommodating and helpful with Lilly's hearing journey! Between dr appts and switching schedules or helping get Lilly's full day filled with fun and educational events, I don't know how you guys keep everything straight but you're doing a great job! Kristy has been a great and consistent staple to Lilly's progress, I feel as she goes out of her way to keep me informed and tell me little stories any time I see her even passing in the hall!! She offers such great programs that I feel are so import especially for Lilly and Olivia just loves to dance. She's always so happy and loving! I know the girls get so excited for her classes!! You guys Rock!! Happy Pizza Party Day!!! Sent from my iPhone

The manager working there was super super nice, but when we went into her office to discuss things there was dust all over the place and her office was a mess. My train of thought is if you can't even keep your office clean, how are you going to be taking care of my daughter? Anyhow, we opted against KinderCare and went with a competitor around the corner. Note: This review is moreso for the cleanliness of the place, not the level of care. They might be amazing caregivers, but I just can't subject my daughter to an unsanitary environment.

As a parent of a child who struggles with big behaviors and emotions, I can tell you that every person here is filled with patience and kindness. I know that when I drop my kid off each day, he's safe, loved, learning, and having fun. TLE has never made him or me feel like he didn't belong-- quite the opposite - I know he's exactly where he belongs and I couldn't imagine another center that would love and teach him more. He's thriving, growing, and finding his way. Sure, he has tough days, but Jenn and the rest of the admin team, his teachers - Kirsten, Lacie and all the staff are right there beside him every day, meeting him with love. I found more than just a daycare--I found a family.

He has learned so much from all his teachers. I read the review with the sand in shoes and the child coming home dirty. I will say that he does come home with sand in his shoes but that is because the children go outside and play. It is important for kids to be outside in fresh air, run around, and get messy. But they are kids and I expect that. It means they are out there playing with other kids and not inside watching TV or playing games on iPads or phones. I highly highly recommend The Little School

(I was surprised that food included isn't that common to find.) Not only did Right Steps hit all of these points and more, the director, Bhavana, was a joy to work with as I was trying to navigate setting up childcare from a distance. Our kids (2 & 4) had a tough time adjusting to both moving and new childcare - but the staff at Right Steps did everything they could to help them adjust, and both of my kids are thriving there. I'm really impressed that every room has all teachers, as opposed to a teacher and assistants, and all the teachers I've encountered have been wonderful. They're learning so much, happily talk about their friends and teachers, and my daughter has even eaten some salad! In addition, I find the cost to be extremely reasonable given everything that's offered. You can trust that your kids will be well cared for if you choose Right Steps!
