I could give a zero star I would. the director is so unprofessional and so childish. She is rude and does not care about your child what so ever you're just money to her. Children are probably safe, and the teachers may even be good. The problem is the owner & management are horrible and it trickles down into the whole culture and ethic. Communication (lack of) is a big problem, nobody seems to ever know what is going on. If you read other reviews the common theme is the owner is not a good manager, which I would have to agree. Looking at the higher star reviews on other sites, many appear fake so be careful. Daily communication to parents consists entirely of the same report form copied for all the students in the class, not individualized. What is even the point then? read more

Very unorganized and unprofessional. There are great PreK programs out there, look around! Worth driving out of my way to take my son to a different preschool. They have no itinerary, no organization, and run it unprofessionally. Outdated in every way possible. read more

I have been sending my children here since 2014. Both started when they were only 12 weeks old. The school is nestled on a quiet street in Bristol across from a church and a catholic school. The building has a well maintained large playground that is separated for preschool and toddler age children. When you enter through the main door, you need to be buzzed in and the office is directly to the left. I am always greeted with a smile, and the staff knows every child in the building. The school is clean, well maintained, bright and homey feeling. Though the infant room is small they are always holding and caring for the babies. They leave the schedule up to you and are well versed and accepting if you decide to breast feed or cloth diaper (like we did). The toddlers are kept very busy and on more of a schedule. They are always doing art, science experiments, they have a musician visit once a week, and they go outside if weather permits. Breakfast, Lunch and Snack are provided by the school at no additional cost and they are very accommodating to allergy families. As the classes move into more of a preschool setting, there is even more programs for them to take part in. Soccer Shots visits once a week, they plan field trips pertaining to the lesson units, there is water play in the summer, St. Mary's sends nutritionists to teach them about healthy eating and they go for nature walks to the library. They have grown so much in the last few years they have expanded to Zion Church and now cater to elementary age students for before and after care. By the time my daughter left for kindergarten, she was right on the cusp of reading and she was doing simple math calculations. They also put on 2 shows a year at the local HS that are so sweet and fun to watch. I never had a problem communicating to my children's teachers or the school's owner or staff. They run a very private facebook page for only school employees and parents and post photos daily so you know what your children are doing in their classroom. If you don't see your child's teacher at pick up or drop off they are very receptive to pm's on facebook. RLC has a very tight knit and supportive family feel to it. For a brief period we switched centers just to have them be closer to home, but everyday I was finding red flags and saying that's not how Radcliffe does it. Within 6 weeks we were back at Radcliffe. I feel like we found a Unicorn of a daycare center not only in the care and education my children received but also in the value of the tuition. Other places we looked at were nearly double the cost and didn't offer nearly as much. read more

I currently have two children enrolled in Radcliffe Learning Center. I visited over 25 facilities being a first time mom. When I visited Radcliffe there was nothing that stood out or set them apart. Except a warm small town feeling and a scenic surroundings. Five years later, I am very happy with the choice I made. Radcliffe was slightly pricey then some of the schools I looked at. But, overall they were competitive and they did include meals, which most others hadn't. (And, honestly when I see my friends scramble to pack snacks, lunches, etc. I often think I would pay more!) My daughter is an August birthday and on the young side for kindergarten. As I was debating whether to give her another year in pre-k, we received her pavement test results. She scored at a first grade level. You can't put a price tag on love, care and, the peace of mind that your children are being taken care exactly - if not better then if you were there yourself. read more
