There was nothing egregious I simply disagree with a policy this Vet has and a choice she made (that I, as a business owner, would do differently). After discussing with my husband my issue, we decided this would be our last appointment here and then I would take our records and find a new vet. HERE'S THE KICKER! She told me there were plenty of people waiting to take my appointment. She asked me why I was here for this appointment. She told me I should go down the street to another vet. She then disappeared for 5 minutes and returned with another woman who says she heard I was upset (I wasn't, I simply don't agree with a policy and asked for my records) and asks me if I want to talk. She takes me to a side room and tells me if we are not continuing as a client that they will not give the kittens their boosters. If I want to change my mind and continue to be their client then they would give the boosters. NO BOOSTERS??!! All because....we won't be seeing each other again?
