My goal was to establish the size and place the order as I wanted a particular Columbia hooded down jacket in a trendy tobacco color. I was approached quickly, tried on a few Columbia jackets and within minutes, the friendly and very helpful sales associate placed the order. In three days, my jacket arrived. It is perfect and arrived just in time for the 32 degree temperature forecasted for tomorrow. REI should be your 'go to' for everything you need for your outdoor activities ... fishing, skiing, hunting, hiking, etc., ... accessories, too. Katie - who I recognized from years back - ended up helping me to the point where a trip to Pisgah went from tentative to fully outfitted! They were very patient and forthright about what I would and would not need and I ended up using every piece of gear she and Brian (I think?) helped me choose. Great technical and stylish stuff. If you are planning a trip, this is where I'd recommend to go get outfitted. If you just want some fresh threads or stuff for the beach, this is your place too. They even offer their own house brand and local favorites like Free Fly. Plus they have a large shoe selection. This Lululemon is much bigger than the Downtown Charleston location and seems to carry a large inventory. There's space in the back for group exercise events or socializing, and tons of clothes for both men and women. They also carry yoga mats and other accessories. If you're not shopping but waiting on someone who is (looking at you, boyfriends and husbands!), the store offers a lot of seating. Being in Mt. Pleasant Towne Center is a big advantage, because there's ample parking. It's a great addition to the other athletic businesses in the shopping center.

The customer service there today was really nice, the worker took my name, set up a fitting room for me, and put my jeans that I didn't want away. They seem to want their customers to leave with clothes (I went there for jeans, as they had a $29.95 jean sale) that they like and that fit well. They'll suggest items too or go get you another size/wash. Pretty good customer service here.
