Great guys. Been using them for golf cart needs for over 15 years. They make house calls as well.

Around the middle of June I requested for them to come and take the PTV for the yearly service that…read moreincludes oil change and wanted to do it before the 12 month because there was also some warranty work to be done. When I purchased I gave them my business because they seemed good about selling but Service is a different animal. About a month after I purchased they took the cart because I felt it needed alignment, it had a shake I didn't like and when I got it back it was the same and the excuse was that this vehicles don't act the same as a car I was told the shake was normal. So this past June because the warranty was about to expire I asked them again. It took two weeks for them to service it and they brought it back right before the 4th of July. They acknowledged that indeed it needed an alignment and that they had done their best, what a difference and why didn't they do it a year ago? The day before the parade I took it for a spin and upon my return I saw a big oil spot from a spill on the garage floor so I had to park it and request they come back and recheck their work. I couldn't participate in the parade and couldn't take it camping either. And they had to wait until I came back after the 15th The explanation was that when they replaced the differential oil ( not on the invoice, it went for engine oil change only) some oil had spilled on the pan cover and they forgot to clean it. Lame excuse but I didn't argue, they just won't get my business anymore. No charge for the second trip but with the 150 they charged me for the first they had enough to pay for gas for three more trips. I called and left a message to the owner and never heard from him. He won't hear from me ever again because next time I will do the oil change myself and will do it right the first time and save a bundle

Asked for tire rotation.. didn't happen.. & had battery trouble. Was told the battery test was completed & no issues however, the problem didn't go away. Called another company, they diagnosed & confirmed battery issues. These guys have changed location & company name. Sad to experience this, they were great to deal with while on Stuart Engel's. Definitely lost my business!

The dash rattles profusely. The entire brake system required replacement and adjustment as they were not releasing and fighting forward motion and causing the Li iin batteries to overwork and discharge quickly. The under roof lights failed. For the price paid, Tomberlin should be ashamed of this and the quality of the build and assembly of my cart. Now after 1 year and 300 mikes the plastic dash parts still rattle, creak and and this noise is super annoying. The dealer, Etto Keisure Cars, in Mt Pleasant SC are nice, they try, but never fix anything g correctly the first time. I would never recommend a Tomberlin cart, particularly at its price point. You expect Mercedes quality and service at this price and instead end up with a poor quality cart and poor follow up and dealer service. Buy something else and somewhere else. I am posting this so you are aware. I hope maybe this lousy review will get soneine's attention finally!
