He took his truck and was told it woul be an additional $75 because the price went up. I looked on their web site and the package still cost $300. They already had the truck. The leather seats were not conditioned instead they were wiped with wipes(I have purchased these at car washes). There was a glue spot left on the side panel in truck area that could have been easily removed. I purchased the gift card based on reviews. Reading the reviews after getting the truck back, I realized the reviews were mostly from 2022 and 2023. No attention to detail and change the prices on a whim.

I recently had my car detailed, and I can honestly say the experience exceeded every expectation I…read morehad. From start to finish, the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for the vehicle was nothing short of outstanding. When Maurice started on my car, it was in rough shape--dust, stains, and months of neglect. When I picked it up, it looked better than the day I bought it. The exterior had a deep, mirror-like shine, and every inch of the interior was spotless. Even the smallest details--air vents, stitching, cup holders--were meticulously cleaned. What really sets Execitive apart is the pride they take in their work. They didn't just "clean" the car--they restored it. You can tell they treat every vehicle as if it were their own. Communication was clear and friendly, pricing was fair, and the turnaround time was impressive given the quality delivered. If you're looking for someone who goes above and beyond and delivers real results, I highly recommend this service. I'll definitely be coming back and referring others. Absolutely top-tier work.
