Since I delivered parcels to this business and they seemed friendly, the place was clean and they seemed responsible I decided to check them out. The guy came out went, was on time, and explained the process if troubleshooting. He went through the machine, reviewed it and noticed the problem. He was able to fix it and teach me about the equipment. He showed me that it was working. At the beginning of the new cold season, which was this week, after resetting the device, it's working like a champ! I would hire this company again if needed.

Knowing we were moving in three weeks, he offered to disconnect the heat and just tell the buyers the unit was fine. Of course, the new owners would have a huge issue when the weather got cold and they tried to fix the heat. Knowing he was willing to be skeezy, I discontinued working with them and found a reputable tech from a different company. Run, run far away from this company! We were extremely disappointed with his excuses for delay…read moreafter delay in finishing our house. Way over priced and he lied to us on several occasions about different matters. The workmanship is very poor, our stairs front and back are falling apart! It appears that scrap wood was used as well as wood for concrete forms to construct the landing and stairs. No deck screws were used!! He claimed that a new code would not allow screws. The nails are coming up out of the wood, the support beams and just about every piece of wood is split where it was hammered. The angles weren't squared up, just shoddy work.
