Derek came round to our house prior to the fitting to show us samples and he had a very wide range of carpet and laminate samples to show us. Once we decided on the flooring the guys came round a couple of days later and started the job. Our dining area is quite large and they had to first of all lift the old laminate and lay the new wood, this was all completed within 2 days to a very high standard, they also cleaned up after them so no mess was left behind. The carpet was also laid in our lounge in this time also, again to a very high standard. We would definately reccommend Floor Coverings Intl to anybody looking for new floorings. Craig, Derek & his team gave good old fashioned customer service from the initial consultation to the finished result. Craig visited us at home to show us samples & give advice on suitability of coverings for our large space. At no time did he pressurise us into making a hasty decision. His quote was extremely competitive. We did not have long to wait for a date that was convenient to us. The work took 2 full days to complete, the first day lifting the old flooring & putting down a new underfloor. The guys were extremely neat & tidy workers, very polite, friendly & considerate. Our kitchen is an awkward shape but the design & finish is just perfect. We highly recommend Floor Coverings International & will definitely be using them again! this is a huge tile warehouse, it is in middlefield, just round the corner from b&q. they have a…read moremassive selection of wall and floor tiles in all sizes, in all colours and to suit every budget. the staff are helpful and dont mind helping with your calculations of how many tiles you will need. they have a section where they sell end of the line tiles, so if you only need a few (ie. for round the bath) then it's well worth a look, you will save a ton of money. they will tell you what other items you need too, like adhesive, grout, tile trim and what brands to buy too. i'll definitely be using them again, and recommend them.

The builder agreed to pay, floor designs quite literally worked all hours to get the job done on time and on budget. Had the floor for 6 months now and still not found anything wrong. Great workmanship with the Karndean, better than all we have seen. Lots of pictures to show you what could be done. The fitter has a great eye for suggestions. We really cannot fault the support, service, anything. I very much view high praise as needing to be earned, these guys were fantastic in a very awkward job.
